The recount is asked for by Jill Stien and Reform Party candidate Roque "Rocky" De La Fuente who separately filed in Wisconsin.
Stein has raised more than $5 million to pay for recounts in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. More than the $3.5 million she raised as a candidate.

The snake coiled around the low hanging limb is Clinton who has remained oddly silent about the recount.
Clinton would have to be shown as a winner by recount in all three states to have enough Electoral votes to be elected President on December 13th.

I guess the big question for me is... "What's in it for Jill Stien?"

If hacking is confirmed, Trump still wins. There is not sufficient time to re-do the election before the deadline mandated by Congress for counting the Electoral College votes (the Monday following the 2nd Wednesday of December). Congress has no time to change that, nor would they probably seeing as how they are Majority Trump's party. Any deviation from the popular vote totals is going to have to be authorized by the individual state legislatures... Again, not enough time and again, Trump's party controls a LOT of those State Legislatures.

Any deviation from this WILL end up in the Courts for YEARS. Obama cannot continue to serve as President. His maximum term is OVER this coming January, no matter what. For The Republic to win, at this point Trump pretty much HAS to become President, else all will be chaos, and likely civil war.
