Trump supporters talk about virtue and intelligence in the same way Trump talks about his daughters. Something they "Want" but will never have. definition Twit ... "a silly annoying person : fool" ..."an act of twitting : taunt". Trump is a "Twitterer", or "Twit" for short.take your pick.. |

I'm also quite sure that the original design wasn't factoring in climate change. Reality Internet Personality |

"Donald Trump only paid 25% in taxes in 2005!" The problem is that you're comparing Trump to other millionaires and trying to assert that because he paid a larger percentage than them, somehow the egg is on the face of the liberals. Rather, the point the liberals are making is that the average person pays as much as 35% of their income to taxes, but the rich, thanks to loopholes and breaks designed just for people at certain income levels, comes out to far less. Why is it that the poor and middle class pay a higher percentage of taxes than the rich? Talk about an awkward moment when you've just proven the other sides' position. Oh, and just in case I get put into the liberal category because I pointed out the fallacy in your post, I'm not a tax-and-spend liberal and I think high taxes on everyone is too burdensome. It is this poster's opinion that if we can lower taxes and only spend on important things, we can put dollars back in the pockets of hard-working people to do with as they wish. I even think smart people, like some rich people are, re-invest their money to giving jobs to the poor, which creates economic growth and provides for all. |

So I'm stupid now? I don't qualify for most of those exemptions, deductions and credits. It doesn't take much to pay 35% and not qualify for breaks and exemptions. All you need is to be single and have a middle-class job. |

You just proved why Trump is such a corrupt individual. 86% of the tax bill he paid was due to the "alternative minimum tax" a law that he he has said he is going to get rid of. Without "alternative minimum tax" Trumps tax bill would have been about 3% of his income. And he probably only got that income because he cheats sub-contractors out the money he should be paying them. |

Nice image. Remind me, what does Mark 12:17 say? As for paying 35% in taxes, Ozz did not say anything about the 35% tax bracket, there are other income taxes than federal income tax (social security, medicare, state, local, etc) ... I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that ... |

Not to mention getting loans from said foreign countries because virtually all US monetary institutions think he is untrustworthy. All you need is to be single and have a middle-class job. 2016 US Income Tax Brackets http://www.bankrate.com/finance/taxes/tax-brackets.aspx Tax rate Single...........................Head of household 10% $0 to $9,275 ...................................$0 to $13,250 15% $9,276 to $37,650.............$13,251 to $50,400 25% $37,651 to $91,150...........$50,401 to $130,150 28% $91,151 to $190,15.........$130,151 to $210,800 33% $190,151 to $413,350....$210,801 to $413,350 35% $413,351 to $415,050....$413,351 to $441,000 39.6% $415,051 or more............. $441,001 or more So you contend you are in the 35% tax bracket and can't afford a competent tax preparer.......................I leave a description of your intelligence level to someone else...........$413,000 a year................sounds a wee bit more than 'middle class' (if there is any value in that label anymore). Well I see that the world's most hated and ignorant redneck is crying like a spoiled 3yr old again over his bigotry orders being slapped down again by another court. Just more proof that he's unsuitable/unstable/unreliable for the position he holds. Cheers. |

So I'm stupid now? I don't qualify for most of those exemptions, deductions and credits. It doesn't take much to pay 35% and not qualify for breaks and exemptions. All you need is to be single and have a middle-class job. First, bankrate.com has the wrong information, check the IRS website. Read carefully page 7. Note that the differences are tax fraud. Second, it doesn't matter who your preparer is, if you don't have deductions, you don't have deductions, or are you suggesting tax fraud? I suppose that is a very republican thing, lie, cheat, steal, perjure. Third, you seem to think middle income is somewhere in the poverty level**. I thought republicans were somewhat smarter than that about money. Or can't you figure inflation? Oh, self answered, spend more, tax less, and inflation* goes down! Yep, republican thinking. *inflation = national debt **without looking it up, can you come up with a number, say standard family of 4? Do you think you could live on that? |
