These tend to be the cases where the lawyers believe there is a very good chance of a reversal by SCOTUS, the remaining cases which if they were from other districts would probably get that far don't.
So the figures show that there is a very good chance that cases from the 9th that SCOTUS reviews will be reversed. So the number of cases reversed by that accounting method will always be very high. But as a percentage of all cases presented to the 9th in is very, very small.

edit] If all the cases brought before SCOTUS came from the 9th, and they were all reversed (100%).
Then that would still be <0.6% of the total of cases brought before the 9th in the last 10 years.

In fact you seem to be posting even more hateful things about those of us who voted for Trump.
Some of you are apparently "triggered" because you are posting how "sick" you feel about the results.

How did this happen you ask? Well here is how it happened!

You created "us" when you attacked our freedom of speech.
You created "us" when you attacked our right to bear arms.
You created "us" when you attacked our Christian beliefs.
You created "us" when you constantly referred to us as racists.
You created "us" when you constantly called us xenophobic.
You created "us" when you told us to get on board or get out of the way.

You created "us" when you confused women's rights with feminism.

You created "us" when you decided to vote for progressive ideals.

Incorrect. Organizations like the ACLU protect your right to free speech. As a civil libertarian, I defend to the freakin' hilt your legal right to free speech, even though I do not agree with your positions.

What you confuse is your legal right to free speech vs the social repercussions you may face upon spewing hatred. You will not go to jail for spewing hate. You may lose your job for spewing hate if your company feels that you are a detriment to their brand name. You may lose business if you spew hate, if your customers vote with their pocket books. You may lose friends if you spew hate. Free speech is your legal right, but it does not come without a social cost. Please do not confuse legal consequences with social consequences.
