Не в ближайшее время.
Они его только начали калибровать. Года 3 или больше уйдёт на калибровку. Но хорошо бы, если за это время сумели бы договориться о передаче данных для SETI.
Куда более реальная перспектива - наш РАТАН-600, но опять же - договариваться надо...

Problem being manpower required to integrate the splitter on our end, and also getting the data back to the US, Berkeley's datacenter would also be an issue. As well as having the hardware at the telescope to record the data

There isn't Google in our country, English is not so friendly to me. I found CAS@home in list of items, but I don't know what it does.Their Web site doesn't tell me the item's content.I guess FAST breakdown of calculation will not be used, because in China there are few projects like this,and few people participate in.
Data of FAST may not be able to disaggregated compute, China may have large super computer to do it. Perhaps China's scientists have yet to learn how to use this method.
