our supreme court [....] Trump has already submitted 20 names to fill the vacant seat.

How many of the 3500 pending lawsuits in June will still be pending next January?

My guess is that the 3500 pending lawsuits will still be pending until 2021.

Or possibly 2025.

There is a Professor who predicted long ago Trump would win, also says Trump will be impeached.

U researcher: Trump University lawsuits present potential impeachment case

Referring to the Trump University case,
“Fraud and racketeering are serious crimes that legally rise to the level of impeachable acts,” Peterson adds.

Among points raised in Peterson’s analysis:

Fraud and racketeering are serious crimes. Both fraud and racketeering are considered felonies under state and federal law. First-degree fraud is punishable by up to four years in prison in Trump’s home state of New York. Racketeering is punishable by up to 20 years in prison under federal law.
Civil cases can legally inform Congress on whether impeachment is justified. The U.S. Constitution has never required criminal conviction prior to impeachment proceedings.
Impeachment for pre-incumbency conduct is legally permissible under the U.S. Constitution. Nothing in the Constitution’s text requires impeachable conduct to have occurred while the president is in office. The framers rejected alternative formulations of impeachable offenses that included limitations to incumbent activity.

In Italy they have both the muddy big cup in the morning that is very good as well as espresso or a double after the evening meal--taken with lemon. Dine in venice on coda d'Rospo (monk fish) and then take the vaporetto over to Lido for an espresso.

I think Trump need a lot of coffe doing both the presidency and his legal matters this term:)
Many espresso doppio.
A second term? Horror...

I would recommend Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee. Its only about US$65.00 a pound. Good stuff! One of my favorites, IMO best in the world.

Don't blame me, I voted for Johnson(L) in 2016.

Truth is dangerous... especially when it challenges those in power.

In the USA. Impeachment and then Conviction, is only about who holds the Political Power in Congress

True story, however the Republican establishment may very well prefer Pence.

Given what I have seen of Pence, I believe he is even more presidential than perhaps Trump.

I think we are in good hands here.

This thread has out lived it's usefulness.

Hilary lost, Trump won.
