Forget about Hillary. It's already decided. Trump will be the new President, and WWIII will start in 2018, or late 2017.

Civilization as we know it, will end.

And we got all the guns over here. Har! ;^)

There are now more guns than people in the United States

With that felon, hillary

You do realize Guy Navarro that with your inclusion of a "Trumpist Idiom" you've negated everything else you've said.
Try to remember that the Seti readers probably don't fall into that less than half basket of "Deplorables" who have still to master language.

Most democrats are felons. I demonstrated this with a sourced study a few months back.

It's not an idiom. Do you know what an idiom is? That felon, hillary, has proven to me beyond any reasonable doubt that she is a felon based on what she has stated publicly multiple times. An unconvicted felon, but that does not mean that she's not a felon.

Idiom...
a group of words established by usage as having a meaning not deducible from those of the individual words

It appears Guy Navarro that you don't know what language is, or it's proper usuage.

"unconvicted felon" is at best an opinion, and to be honest just a "contradiction in terms".

But then that is the best that "Slanderous Trump" can come up with, in his pea sized brain.

It's good to know that you resonate with his pea sized thinking.

Hi Stupid...

Please listen to what The MOD's are saying.

What are the MOD's telling you?
No MOD has spoken to me.

I wonder if the number of Mod caution notices in this thread is any indication of how terrified supporters of a particular candidate are that the other candidate will hit a grand slam?

Guy the economic model you espouse does not work, if you understood deminishing marginal utility you would not have the view point you promote. Factually you are creating an alternate reality that never existed. The numbers belie your statements. I give you an F in economics but an A in ideology. Ayn Rand created a fantasy world and people of your ilk chose to live there.

Discussing different views of politics and expressing opinions about the lives ruined and controlled by governments is difficult enough amoung friends and relatives who respect each other.
Having a discussion amid aquaintences seems inpossible.
There is way too much name-calling and nastiness here to carry on a discussion.
I made an effort earlier to shed a bit of light on the terrible quandry of our future medical insurance situation. I can't afford to retire because it will cost me over $850.US per month for a yearly deductable of $5,000.
I was told to "stop whinning" because I was so "greedy".
I'm pretty insulted.
I thought this was an apropriate subject for consideration in this thread. I am worried about both of these Authoritarian candidates.
Now I'm reading even more name-calling and outright insults in several threads.
I'm only writing this to let you all know it's NOT ok.

Any further messages intended to antagonize other posters will earn the person a time-out.

It just doesn't help prove yourself right by letting your anger about an issue cause you to insult people with different opinions.

Take it to a better level and argue in a way that expresses your opinion without hurting others.

Gary I would have thought your a bit more intelligent than that .

The puffer has been in use for a long time if you only change the propellant then there is not that much testing needed as they already know what gas does what and weather it will do what they want it to do .

So there should not be a patient issued just because the propellant was changed remember the gas was changed because the world governments change the regulation . It has not been changed to improve the product therefore no patient should be granted as it goes against the idea of patients in the first place .

You are forgetting that there are so many other types of spray cans that they do know witch gas does what .

Manipulating the patient system has to be stopped . Here the government has changed the patient laws to stop that sort of thing from happening .

You will be granted a patient but once the patient runs out you can't just change one thing on it and then expect to be given a new patient . The whole device is looked at and there has to be signifigant changes to it to be granted a new patient .

Your system like a lot of stuff in your country has been corrupted so how about you realise that and call for change and not defend the indefensible

gary think about Air fresheners that have a timer and then release a dose of fragrance every couple of mins , same tech really so there should be no patient given as that tech is generic to many other products

Glenn, that isn't the way the FDA works. Make any change, even minuscule to the delivery method and it is a brand new drug that has to be tested from scratch. Proven safe and effective. I'm not saying it should be that way, however it is that way.

As to those delivery things you mention, all have a patent, it would have to be licensed. Frankly it may be, but there will always be a minor tweak that results in another patent making it unique. The lawyers wouldn't allow it any other way. New patent and "new drug" and you have your monopoly all over again.

@mods thanks for trying to keep this a place for civil discourse. Given the tone of the campaigns I know how hard that is.

@JumpinJohnny that are a few of us here who have many of the miscreants on ignore. You might try that. http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/edit_forum_preferences_form.php See section on message filtering. Once they go away the rest of the thread is better for discussion.

You have to admit though that some are quite funny.

Well, I'll be hard at work building fire trucks during the debate.
But I'll be sure to check in here when I get home after 1 or 2AM, as I am sure there shall be some analysis posted by then....LOL.

My Prediction in the farce debate between the two most hated candidates in US history:

Clinton will be declared winner because the questions will be geared to her answers.

Trump is at a disadvantage of being 1 against 2. Holt and Clinton are on the same team and Lester has NO intention of asking relevent questions. The questions will be geared toward creating theater.
Trump will have trouble containing his anger when Clinton baits him with half truths and rudeness.

Despite stronger polls than Ross Perot, and now with a petition signed by over 1,000,000 voters, the R and D controlled Debate Commission will not allow Gary Johnson to show the viewers what a rational, even tempered and highly qualified candidate should look like. They really don't want their two to look so much worse than they already do.

The bought-and-paid-for national press & media will announce that H. Clinton wins the debate.

Holt is a registered Republican, the same team?
