Those damn e-mails Clinton Avoids Deposition But Must Still Answer E-Mail Questions Hillary Clinton won a U.S. court order denying a conservative watchdog group’s bid to force her to submit to questioning under oath about her use of a private e-mail server while secretary of state, but she’ll need to answer at least some of those queries in writing. U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan on Friday set an Oct. 14 deadline for Judicial Watch to submit its questions to the Democratic presidential nominee, meaning her replies may not come until after the Nov. 8 election. Judicial Watch said it will act quickly, signaling Clinton’s answers may arrive in the final weeks of the campaign. http://www.bloomberg.com/politics/articles/2016-08-19/judge-orders-clinton-to-answer-written-questions-in-e-mail-case |

if you elect Hillary I am not smelling any roses here. What I smell is a lot more onerous and foul. We are vastly socialist now. If the trend continues under Madam Clinton then there will be riots and another civil war when the money runs out and those on the indolent's dole find that the Government tit goes dry and payment on the borrowing and loans come due. Her policies, like Obama's, will assure that there are more people in poverty who are dependent on the government for food, housing, health care, higher education, free day care, a blind eye to civil crime and disorder and so on. These people like big government and will vote Democratic for the promise of a bigger handout for less work. |

(now here comes the, "they'd have jobs if it weren't for those rich, free-market, capitalism republicans" string of replies.) They have 3 already, how many are they supposed to have? |

if you elect Hillary Indeed, William JEFFERSON Clinton and Barack HUSSEIN Obama continued Reagan's flood up economics, a redistribution of wealth. Not only that, Obama use a Republican health care plan when he could have gone left on it given how many DEMOcrats were in the House and Senate at the time. Hillary's going to be ven further right of Obama. Capitalize on this good fortune, one word can bring you round ... changes. |

Wow, what about not totally obliterating some country some place. In Canada we are proud of all the countries in the world that know that we won't destroy them, even if we could. edit: I was just sayin'...... |

I may like to say something cute here but unfortunately the town featured in the story is not the only one in this country. Work is being done to combat the problem, but the solution is a very long way away, and the will to proceed is still building in Canada. At least people here realize that we can't sweep it under the rug any more. I wish Canada could lead by example, but that has not happened yet. |

Clinton says U.S. could "totally obliterate" Iran. Oh dear. Saying "totally obliterate" a country is a big threat. Not even Putin has used that terms. (Well his advisors have...) Sometimes Trump seems to be more trustworthy than Hillary. But are Hillary and Donald the only ones that the american people have to choose from. The US is a great country with about 310 million citizens. Vote for heavens sake! |

Clinton says U.S. could "totally obliterate" Iran. Amen, brother, to that. Whether you agree with MY views or opinions or choice of candidate or not. At least make it count in the voting booth. Staying home is NOT an option. This one's for all the marbles, kiddos. Vote this time, or forever live in shame, no matter the outcome. Meow. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Clinton says U.S. could "totally obliterate" Iran. No, there are others... Such as Johnson(L) and Stein(G). But, the two Major Parties (D) and (R) have so rigged the system that it is VERY difficult for another Party to get anywhere. https://youtu.be/iY57ErBkFFE #Texit Don't blame me, I voted for Johnson(L) in 2016. Truth is dangerous... especially when it challenges those in power. |

So you have the luxury to throw muslims, blacks, women, homesexuals, hispanics and so on under the bus to salve your conscience? Because in this regard there is a clear difference between the candidates that are likely to win. This is "identity politics", is it not? I think you know me well enough, including through my recent posts, regarding what I think about discrimination. However, a case has been made (one I believe) that if we handled the economic problems of Main Street, not Wall Street, the puppet masters would have a much smaller audience trying to play divide and conquer with the 99%. I could try to present you links making the argument. One was posted by a black friend of mine on social media. "Racebaiting: 101". It addressed our implicit 3 tier caste system. Another source is internet pundit Kyle Kulinski. Trump offers so many positions and speaks so negatively, it is hard to believe he will help economically and will not discriminate. Hillary will not be another Obama. She's even further right of the neo-liberal rightist Obama. She''ll probably make token to good faith efforts in the identity politics realm, reducing discrimination, but still 99% of us will be thinking about the economics of Main Street. Johnson has a much smaller chance, but if he got in would probably throw us under the economic bus as well. Stein might try to help both reduce discrimination and help economically, but she's got even less of a chance than Johnson, would have a heck of a fight with both houses of Congress if she were elected and I still wants to know where she stands on anti- or pseudo-science things. I don't think we have ANY decent choices. Capitalize on this good fortune, one word can bring you round ... changes. |
