The parents of two Americans killed in the 2012 terrorist attacks on U.S. diplomatic facilities in Benghazi, Libya, filed a wrongful death lawsuit in federal court Monday against Hillary Clinton.

If the supreme court changes or cancels the 2nd amendment and the Government tries to come and collect up the Nations 300 million Guns then these gun owners may not give them up; but instead, may use them to fend off the confiscators.

It was probably said in ironic jest with a allusion to the "they will have to come and pry them out of my cold, dead hands" which is often repeated by fervent gun owners when a suggestion is made that the Government might someday want to collect up all of the legally held weapons in the land.

Those whom are anti-Trump, which includes almost the entire Liberal Media, would be quick to attribute more sinister intent to his comments.

Out of the 320 million people in the United States, how in the Hell did we come down to a choice between these two miscreants ?? I suspect it is because of the intentional division of the population into class warfare. All this for the permanent institution of voting blocks, and the desire to let each "CASTE" in society believe that they are or will be discriminated against. One or the other party getting into the White House will either take away something or grant more freebees to the indolent.

Courts can reinterpreted amendments, but in the case of the second could not cancel the right to bear arms. Only say what arms can be carried, and restrict people from bearing arms because they are convicted criminals or mentally ill.
