Surf City USA?

Beep!

Both Huntington Beach and Santa Cruz claim to be Surf City USA. But the 60's surf and beach movies were filmed at Huntington.

I remember My parents telling Me they lived in Huntington Beach for bit before I was born, at least until the rent went up.

My grandfather told a story about what is now the City of Huntington Beach being offered to him in trade for 2 Clydesdales. He kept the horses.

Who knew, besides to me the Clydesdales would
look pretty useable as revenue earners even now.

Things are proceeding as planned, and I got the dashboard warning cleared from
My car, I have to start the car and run it for 5 mins on Sunday, though going to
u-haul to help 2 of My friends get a truck or van to move with would do the same.

I think I found a company that could maybe move this place, and maybe with the
contents too, except breakables would have to go in a separate truck, yeah I
called, I'm hoping that I can do this for less than $17,000.00 total.

I still have not found any loan to do this with, I may have to do this on My
own, but that means a 6 year wait. This would only be after the cards are all
paid down in or near May 2018(Nov2016-May/June2018 or 1 year 7-8 months),
starting with the smallest.

I could get My sister in law to help setup a special needs trust, where the
trust would buy the land, buy My mobile home, move My belongings and the mobile
home to the new location, then transfer the mobile home and land to Me, I could
afford that, the details I have in My mind, I just want to keep them to Myself
for the moment, but then things could change quickly. Since I still can't find
any loan that would lend Me anything for this...

It looks like we are in for an aurora event to-night.
The sky is clear with a deep rich velvet feel to
the night air. Even with light leaking over the horizon
to the north west, you can easily pick out the stars in
the "Little Dipper." I am looking forward to a good show.

I forgot about Lending Tree, this Broker goes up to $35,000.00, of course I
think I'd stop at $24,000.00, pay the most expensive card off in total($705.00
total), the smallest down by $225.00(of 305.00 total), the largest by $750.00(of
$1000.00 total), as I do this, My credit score will rise, heck My score has been
rising for months, currently My score is at 548/560, if My months long(and
delayed by the county, someone forgot, and it wasn't Me), efforts with property
taxes on this mobile home pay off, I will either have a reduced tax bill in
October 2016 or No tax bill(the county has made this a priority task now, since
the property tax bills(Mine included) will be sent out on October 18th).

If I have No property tax bill, then by July 2017 I should be in range of
getting a loan for what I need, if I still have some property tax to pay, then
I'd be delayed by 2 months or September 2017.

Vic,
Hate to burst your bubble but you don't qualify for lending tree. 580 is the lowest credit score they accept. And the interest rate would be 30% Your $24,000 loan would cost you $800+ per month.

I didn't say right away, or didn't you read the entire post?

Cause it seems you saw one little fact and then jumped to a conclusion...

The wrong conclusion in fact.
