https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Jeff+Beck+%26+Imelda+May OH my, thank you for taking me there again. You just made me cry. Happy tears, of course. Wonderful bit of a sunburst he is playing, and the tone is perfect. May hits all the notes that Ford did as well. Such things are in heaven now with Les. OMG, thank you again. RIP....(rock in peace), dearest Les. Meow. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

And, back at ya. This bit was linked to the Les Paul tribute. Walkin' in the Sand. But the original was not quite like this. WOW is all I can say. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

Something kinda sad and yet significant to share with you. I was a fan of Gary Moore from wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back, and was very much saddened to hear of his demise. Robert William Gary Moore. I did not until just now find this, supposedly his final live performance. It jerks tears again, knowing he was lost, but then again we all are at times. I manage to hang on by a thread. Some are not so lucky. He passed of a heart attack in his sleep at the young age of 58. Gary's time ran out on him way too early. Mine is ticking. I believe my love of cats has extended my stay here significantly, or I may have passed already. Purrball has been having some how shall I say, premonitions about her leaving my side. She has been very clingy as of late, even walking out to me where I sit on the computer, which she never used to do. Cats sense things, and I don't like what she is extending to me. After having lost Tigger earlier this year, I am NOT ready yet to lose another kitty. But, I guess one never is. I do hope I am wrong, and in her old age she is just telegraphing her love for me as she gets older. That part I really love. Meowingwithtrepidation. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." I also cast the whip down now. The unsullied are mine to command and they shall follow me. They are devoted. They are mine. We march on to the goal we seek, and none shall stop us. Meow. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

Something kinda sad and yet significant to share with you. Yet another great artist that have left us... I had the fortunate to see him live here in Stockholm. And Stevie Ray Vaughan... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=An4uDegHB8s Audio from the concert in Stockholm. Life without you 06/28/88. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NGII7Xks5L8 On the other hand. Mick Jagger is set to become a father again for the eighth time at the age of 72! |

Old rockers never die, eh? Hehehe. The Who sang this many years ago. "I hope I die before I get old (talkin' 'bout my generation)" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qN5zw04WxCc Both Pete Townsend and Roger Daltrey are still rocking. |

Hmmm.... Electric bill is down this month.........$450.00 instead of the usual 650 to 700 range. Shutting down the crunchers has had an impact on more than my RAC. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

Most of you already know this.................but. This is what I do for a living. And yes, I am very proud of it. Not sure if any of you realize what this is. If any of you are firefighters, you certainly do. 107 feet of reach from a single rear axle truck is an amazing feat of engineering. They are selling like hotcakes. And part of the reason I am on eternal overtime at my job. Pierce leads the market, all the rest just try to keep up. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

Most of you already know this.................but. You may have disclosed what your job is at Pierce. But I don't recall, what are you responsible for? |

Most of you already know this.................but. I do electrical wiring from the cab to the body, run cables where needed, install light towers, body lights and flashing thingys... Mostly, I guess, I install confidence. We have hundreds of guests every week that walk through the plant watching us work. It is kinda a tradition at Pierce. Most of them with mouths agape when they see us carry on our daily tasks. I have said this before, and I shall say so now again. I have long felt that it is an honor to be able to build a truck, every single day, that one day shall save somebody's home or life. What more could anybody hope for from their life's work? I am so blessed. Oh, ya got me crying again....LOL...tears of both joy and pain. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |
