Ah. The Sound of Music.
Too many record company pr**ks are destroying the music when they publish it on a CD for instance.
From the master recording they many times are putting to much volume on the tracks that will be distorted when you are playing it no matter how good your sound system is.
In the days of vinyl records it was not a problem.
One CD I bought the distortion was horrible.
So what to do.
I rendered it on my computer lowering the volume by 3 dB and used slightly a kind of compression that I don't remember what it's called.
Anyway. The peeks that gave the distortion was gone and I could at last enjoy the music:)

Not the kitty/s thing any more.

I have spent years and dedicated much of my life to this project.
I think it's time to call it a day.

I do not have anything left to burn, kids. There is no reserve left.

I am done, burnt out, and very tired.
And I cannot give to the project what I no longer have.\

I really do think I have done my best for this project. Nobody else has done what I have, when you think about it.

Nice way to start the day......

Have a front tooth that has been problematic for many years now. Came loose due to bone loss a long time ago.
It has been wired to the teeth on either side for years, and the wire has come loose and is now poking out into my tongue. They are going to try to cement a new wire above the old one in the hopes of stabilizing it again.
Does not promise to be an enjoyable experience.

Oh, I very much appreciate my life's experiences.
They have been a bit more, shall we say, 'interesting' than some other's have.

I cannot complain about much, my friends, although I at times posture so.

I have a good job, a home, 2 cats, and lost a few along the way. But they enriched my life whilst they shared it with me. Tremendously.

I am, as the song goes, a man of constant sorrow......this is a disease I live with, not always directly related to the things life deals me.

I sometimes just don't comprehend how good I have it. That is called depressive disease. I have it. In spades.

And yet, there are times that make me smile. A kitty kiss, a nuzzle from one of my beloved.

A kind comment here on Seti from one who does not know me.

The blazing sunrise in the morning.
A good song on youtube.
Even the rain makes me smile at times, because it helps the catnips grow.
A good belt of whiskey after a hard day's work.

As another song goes, These are a few of my favorite things.....

And then I don't feel so bad.
I just have to remind myself of them sometimes.

And I don't mind a bit if some of you remind me at times as well.

What I find most enjoyable is the old stuff with Jeremy Spencer and Jimmy Green.
Vintage Fleetwood. It helps to tell you where the later stuff came from.
They became a 'soft rock' band, not like the hard blues/rock band that they started out like.

I love my dentist. What the dental hospital would take an hour or so to do he does in 5 minutes.

However I was just thinking... If you tell the dentist to pull the tooth you can put it under your pillow (dream happy thoughts) and wake up to a brand new silver sixpence left by the tooth fairy..

Tooth ache is a killer. No suprise that the anciet Greeks thought teeth to be a source of madness.
