Well, I know this is an odd question and it doesn't belong here but this is the only place I found suitable to ask on due to the "Q&A" Message board being full of mostly tech problems. So on with the question at hand: How or where exactly (If possible,) would one be able to determine the somewhat exact location of their task at hand? Or at least the data contained in the task. I am aware of the "Skymap" aka. the range of the Arecibo telescope, but WHERE IM I?! |

If you are feeling brave the information is part of the header information for each task. But then you have to plot that data onto a star map, corrected for the observation date & time.... For the less brave one of the features of SETIspirit is a star map which can be zoomed to the location of a task.
