Give them a chance! That change was only proposed on Monday this week (by Einstein), and has made it out to a client in double-quick time. Eric Korpela participated in the discussion - you can follow by subscribing to the boinc_projects mailing list - so he knows about it: but I wouldn't expect deployment before Tuesday's maintenance at the earliest. If you remember, he's short-staffed because of all the Breakthrough Listen work.

Also being discussed in Boinc Android Version 7.4.49 problems (which covers 7.4.50 as well)

Apparently the only available Android applications are 32bit, so the answer by the server is correct, it does not have 64bit applications.
