Cruwl thing, but where can we will get that, have it disc or something else,

Here a whitepaper !? Could not tell much about it, but any anyone explain it futher ?

Which architecture will be used, or what means this "up to" 1.78 Trillion Ops/second ?

It is not x86 but something completely different.
As for what 1.7 trillion Ops/Second means, consider that the fastest Intel Core i7 the 5960X can perform 238,310 MIPS (million ops per second) at 3.0 GHz, or about 14% of the new kilo core chip.
Don't expect to see it on sale anytime soon. Based on what I am reading about it, thing embedded processor for a self driving tank or drone. But something like it will be coming soon.
