Greetings Earthlings!

I am just starting this SETI program. I have the BOINC Manager and the graphic screen open on my desk top. The manager widow and graphic screen seem to be monitoring the frequency sweeps over different periods of time. So far each project last for several hours and when completed is noted in the SETU@Home website.

I am just wondering if there is anything more I should be doing to run this program effectively.

Thanks!

Nope, that's it. The software does everything automatically. Just maintain an internet connection several hours a day so it can send the results back and download a new batch of data. You can alter the settings for how much processor capacity the program will use and when it will run.

My motto: Never do today what you can put off until tomorrow as it may not be required. This no longer applies in light of current events.
