Of course, I wish they could all just sit in fire stations parked and unused. But the fact of the matter is my job is very rewarding when I read about the heroic feats of those who use them in their daily work. I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that in the 11+ years I have been building fire trucks, many more than a few of them have been used to save somebody's life. And probably a kitty or two as well!
