My system:
Boinc : V7.2.42 x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
Project : SETI@home
Program : SETI@home V8.8.10 (opencl_atiapu_SoG)
SO : Linux Mint 17.3 (Linux Kernel 3.19.0-32) (Ubuntu 14.04) x86_64
Hardware: APU AMD Athlon 5350 with Radeon R3 8gb ddr3-1600

Problem: I have a job with Progress = 24.850% and State = "missing GPU, waiting for execute (0.00348 CPUs + ATI GPU(missing))"

In the Log I can see:
"OpenCL CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) 5350 APU with Radeon(tm) R3 (OpenCL driver vendor: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., driver version 1800.11 (sse2,avx), device version OpenCL 1.2 AMD-APP (1800.11))"
"No usable GPUs found"
"app version refers to missing GPU type ATI"

What can i do?

There is a thread in Number Crunching about problems with Ubuntu and ATI/AMD boards. I am using SuSE Leap 42.1 and have no problem on my HD 7770.

From first looks it would seem your videocard drivers have gone missing, or they were updated but now lack the OpenCL component that's required to do work here. Only your CPU is being recognized as OpenCL capable.
