My my my.............
Has it been that long?
Today the kitty crunching crew celebrates their 17th anniversary of crunching for Seti.
Many moons come the kitties.

Meow meow meow!
A kitty keeps loneliness away.
More meowing, less hissing. I speak meow, do you?

Have made friends in this life.
Most were cats.

Firstly, many thanks to the Mods for re-opening this thread, it had fallen by the wayside because of not being used for some months.

So, how many 17th year babes have we got then? Seems the 1999 intake was higher than the Millennium lot!

I'll be back on 19th, just wanted to prepare the ground :-))

See ya .....

It's been a long time, but only 16 years crunching for me. I'll always be a year behind the older folk. ;)

In same club thank you!

I remember using a K6-III and recall using silver ink to add a trace to CPU so two of them could be used in server motherboard to run two SETI units. Was a lot cheaper than buying the multi-cpu capable K6!

Well today is my Seti birthday, 17 years ago I got bitten by the bug and haven't stopped since!

It's been a rocky ride, particularly during 2017, but the 2011 visit to the SSL lab at Berkeley to see the holy grail of the original server closet was worrth every second of 17 years work.

See you all this time next year :-)))
