I was there in April In boot camp and we froze a few weeks out on the range. I lived in Phoenix for 6 years and seen it snow there about 3 times but ever nothing stuck. Though we did hit 26C (felt like 24C) here today (28-31C down the hill on the coast side with double the humidity or 36C down the hill to the west).
