Roundup says it's for killing grass, and from what I can see Roundup is doing this, slowly, a little more will be required most likely, the smaller bunches of Devils Grass are quite Dead. Roundup is absorbed by the leaves and it was slightly breezy when I did this. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

Not an update, one family that had just moved in not more than 2 weeks ago has moved out, probably cause of the $75.00 weed abatement fine, a friend and His family are moving out, cause of the rent increase, His is $63 a month more. I'd love to do the same, but I don't have the money, yet, I'd need about $2500-$3000 total(maybe), why? Cause I'd be buying a place that needs some work, which means an FHA 203K mortgage w/a 3.5% deposit as required(the asking price is $34,500.00), then moving in after the repair work is done($10,000 to a max of $35,000, energy improvements are allowed), money for utility deposits(electric, gas and water, about $300), closing costs($), though one could ask for closing costs to be paid entirely by the seller through ones real estate agent(I speak from experience here, since I have done this before, though not alone). Plus I do need a credit score of about 625-640 to do this, right now I'm below that, but at the moment the credit score is not totally important. No I'm not asking or anything, just commenting. This the type Tee that I bought(with donations), I'm wearing the green one now, kinda wish I had enough for a few more, sigh. Probably back to $20 each by now, plus whatever is shipping over at Kingsize, yes I still have that 1 Tee on back order, the Tee is supposed to be here in June sometime. Most of My shirts thanks to time and kitty claws got turned into rags, My jeans only lasted until recently, when one pair started to tear across the thigh, the collars on the old Tees(with pockets) are splitting into 2 parts, My Polos are just older holed shirts, I wish they had pockets, some other stuff is going to rags too(though I was able to snag 6 comfortable replacements, don't ask), why? Too much to do, too little coming in and then there are the threats from elsewhere to cut benefits, instead of expanding benefits, the rich don't understand, they just like getting richer. My left leg is still here, in pain, throbbing and showing signs of weakness or collapse, I think I need to see an ER Doc, though I'll wait until the 1st, since the gasoline in My car has to last until then, I noticed what looks like bruising behind the knee. Now I'm getting up to wash dishes(this is where My cane comes in handy, yeah, I've got to get a new tip for My canes, 3/4", and 5/8" or 1/2", I'm not sure of the size on the foldable cane, the foldable tip started to fall apart almost as soon as I started to use it, cheaply made thing), take some pills and then eat, it's partly why I could not get to sleep last night. Vic--please please be careful--you could have a blood clot. If so a week could be life threatening time to wait. |

The pain has been slowly subsiding, but I can go on Friday, I'm going to be busy on Thorsday, so there won't be time. And I will be careful Blurf, I've been getting a good amount of rest lately. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

I was found to be ok, but I got that from a doctor, you need the same assurance. edit: Come on Vic, if for nothing else make us feel better about your health..... |

Ok I do have an update, everything stopped hurting, except for the usual aches and pains, I can take My left shoe off w/no pain now. Of course, now I'm waiting for the 1st to get here. I need to go to the store and get some stuff: Dish washing liquid, Bleach. I'd get more, but after taxes those two will leave Me $0.53 in the bank, what do I need beyond those two items? Loaf of bread, Lite mayo, Margarine, Grape jelly, and Fish sticks. I have 1.5 loaves of bread, mayo is almost gone, as is the margarine and the grape jelly. I do have enough for breakfast, plus enough veggies for dinner. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

Thanks to a raise in My Paypal Credit line, which came as a surprise, I was able to buy a working drivers seat for My car, of course it's Black, so It'll need to be reupholstered with the old seats tan covers/parts since the car interior is tan. Plus I was able to get a 4820K cpu, 2 tubes of Noctua thermal paste, a 129oz bottle of Downy Fabric Softener which is useful with Black Jeans in an anti static role, and a razor to modify the 4820K cpu and replace Intels lousy thermal paste with the superior Noctua thermal paste. Next month thanks again to Paypal, I'll be able to get a 4th Nankang XR611 Tire, 1000 Vitamin C caplets and maybe some Static Guard spray, black jeans seem to attract all sorts of lint and hair, I didn't use to have this problem when I was working, but then Mom used Downy and the Black pants I had to wear to work didn't have this problem, it's only when I switched to dryer sheets that this was a problem. The 4820K cpu will first be tested in the EVGA X79 Dark, 1st in stock trim, then 2nd in modified form, then installed in this PC to replace the i7 3820 cpu here, what will I do with this 3820 cpu? Maybe sell it for whatever I can get for it, probably $100, maybe enough to get the drivers seat recovered. Right now everything is ok. I readjusted My long term budget to reflect what I can expect to happen in 2016-2018, including a discount from TWC(soon to be Charter Cable, Spectrum) that will last a year to about May 2017(It was that or the TV part of the Bill would go dark and I'd go back to 11 UHF TV channels), and a permanently reduced phone bill. Oh and My back ordered Pacific Blue shirt arrived... The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |
