Nice Vic. :)

Thanks Lynn.

The limit went up by $398.83, the 4820K cpu with shipping $157.71...

The cpu will need to be modified after testing, since Intel put cheap thermal compound inside, that does not cool the cpu well on the 4820K and 4930K cpus, so I bought 2 tubes of Noctua NT-H1 compound and a single sided razor blade, the razor being sharp is used to cut thru the adhesive around the cpu edge, since I don't want to cut the cpu core and make an expensive paperweight.

The procedure is called deliding and can be found on youtube, don't try this on the 4960X or on any of the 3xxx series lga2011 cpus, since those cpus IHS(lids) are soldered on.

I'm currently out of thermal paste, that's what the Noctua is, just a different name really. I have Noctua on My i7 3820 cpu, the cpu is running at 3.81GHz with a temp of 58.7C while crunching on 4 of 8 cpu cores, My cpu is water cooled.
