The nineteen sixties and seventies were a time
in the lives of both Canadians and Americans when
the question of how knows better, people or governments!
Our target number is associated with this question of
civics.

Another day on My phone without a working pc, sigh, hopefully I can resolve this EVGA X79 Classified problem today, so far the led motherboard readout still says FF, the suspects are now down to 3, the cpu(i7 3820), the case(AZZA 9000B), and the X79(Classified), one of these could be bad.

After I've eliminated the above 3, then I'll try My ASUS Rampage IV Extreme, hopefully the RIVE Will run properly, if that doesn't work there is the EVGA P55 FTW w/an Intel Xeon X3675 cpu(3.06GHz, can use 8GB Dimms)...

By then I think I Will have RMAed the X79 Classified back to EVGA, hopefully EVGA has a working X79 DARK in stock.

Victor...
I do not know quite how to put this.
And I say this as a friend. One who has known you for many years, and has at times, not been too friendly.

You constantly buy other's cast offs on ebay and then wonder why they do not work when you get them.
Ever wonder why they are being sold?
I really wish you all the best in your endeavors.
But you have to honestly realize that not all ebayers are on the up and up, Victor.
I have 20 or more GPU cards that I have burnt up on Seti, and could try to pawn off on ebay that I am not sure really work anymore. But, as an honest man, I never will do that.
Others do not have my scruples.

Yeah I know that, that's what warranties are for, the X79 Classified is under warranty still.

Most stuff that I have bought off ebay works, like the Corsair tx850w and more recently the tx950w power supply. I know My way around ebay, so I'm not worried, if I were I wouldn't get anything there.

Besides I don't buy everything there, I do shop on Amazon, on Performance PCs, Newegg, etc, etc, etc.

I sell my old stuff on ebay when I upgrade. I never sell stuff that failed only stuff I don't need anymore. Besides Ebay is really into buyer protection. I sold 1 cpu and a year latter the guy claimed that it failed. I agreed to refund the sale, it was still under intel warranty. All I asked is that he send it back to me. He sent me an empty box and Ebay dinged my account. That is when I sued Ebay. They settled but they are loosing buyers so they favor them.

Very close indeed. I actually am going for a gig'
interview today, I expect that on my return the
number shall be met.

Good afternoon everyone. :-)

I was out most of the day, yesterday, at my uncle's funeral. (Dad's oldest brother.) My cousin is a Lutheran Minister; so, services were held at his church in South San Francisco. From there we traveled to the cemetery where his ashes were interned with his wife's. Then all my cousins, my dad, and my sister and I all went for an early dinner, and hung out for a few hours. Got back just before 8 PM - Pacific.

My uncle had MS and was severely disabled. So, his passing was LOOOONG expected; he was a stubborn man, and a good man, so he held on much longer than most would have in his condition. Now he is at peace.
