ID: 7952600 on that pc i am getting a lot of work for the qpu, but nothing for the cpu, i rebooted disabled the virus scan, but nothing has helped so far, what else can i try?

Generally work is sent out to the more capable processor on a computer first, which normally means you get work for GPUs before work for CPUs.
