A friend bought an used laptop with Windows 7 installed.
He didn't got an OS DVD.

Now the laptop is infected with a few virus.
Avast can't delete all.

I followed a manual in the web how to reading out the product key.
It worked.

With this key I gone to the Microsoft website and inserted the key for to download an OS .ISO file.
The website said, key not accepted.

I searched the web and read at Microsoft I can just download if I have a 'full version' key.

So my friend have an OEM or SB version.

Is there (where?) a possibility to download a virusfree Windows 7 x64 (Home Premium Family) .ISO - and I can activate it with the 'OEM product key'?

Your friend should contact the vendor, he will probably have to purchase the media.

I don't think key is needed - you can use any Windows 7 DVD (it usually can install any "version" - Pro, Home, ...)
The "key" is embedded in BIOS, Windows install should see it - just try.
