She's probably too young for the old and wild :-))

Hmmmmmm... I think that I will take Chris' quote to be an opportunity to remind all of the lusty old livers here that there is a "formula" of social appropriateness for dating:

Half your age + 7

If you are, say, 60 years old - half your age is 30 + 7 = 37. You may date people age 37 years and older and it will be considered socially acceptable.

If you are, say, 70 years old - half your age is 35 + 7 = 42. You may date people age 42 and older and it will be considered socially acceptable.

That lovely young lady, and presumably her sister, do not appear to fall within anyone's formula here!!!

Hmm, I had no idea, thanks Angela.

For Me that would be either 35 or 35.5, not much difference, now where is that plastic surgeon who'll take IEHP?

I need a tummy tuck, and a hernia fixed(My stomach is protruding above My diaphragm, that's the part that helps one breathe), no I'm not kidding either, though the timing is bad.

There's hardly any activity on the net today, people must be outside...

Oiy, you, leave young Angela's age out of it - you know the rules, never hint at a young ladies age. Angela's age is whatever she wants it to be, and it is not to be discussed in public.

But you haven't factored into the Equation where people, through luck of Mother Nature, could pass for somewhat rather younger than their actual calendar years. In fact one prime example is you is it not?

I look older than my actual chronological age of 53. I believe I have posted enough pictures over the years to make that point abundantly clear. Sometimes there are advantages to looking older. I am happy to embrace these advantages, most of the time.

So by your calculations if a guy is 72 but looks 66, that makes them able to date someone no younger than 40?

No. You cannot change "the formula". Looks are not factored into "the formula" because people are often self-deluded into thinking that they look younger than they actually do. "The formula" is based purely on chronological age. A 72 year old gentleman may date a person age 43 and up. Looks have absolutely nothing to do with it.

But what about for the younger person in this relationship? So women can date a guy that is no more than double their age -14, yes? Example guy 66, woman 40. But then at true ages that gives a woman in her genuine late 40's carte blanche to date a guy no older than real age of 84?

"The formula", as I've stated it, calculates the lower range of dating acceptability; but yes, the math works for the younger person in the relationship to double his or her age and then subtract 14.

So Chris, you are correct. A woman age 49 would not be in a 90 year old man's "formula". So if you are thinking about dating one of your nurses or one of your adult daycare providers, I'm sorry Chris, but she is probably not in your formula!!!

I`m sorry to disagree on that Angela.
I had guessed you are in the early fourties.
Anyways you are looking great.

A cute baby Ring-tail possum, about 6 inches long, tight rope walking on the power cable going from my house to the garage. Apologies for the poor image quality (camera shake).

Yes Wiggo. You're a lucky man, you are!!!

At that age I wouldn't think so.

Cheers.

Maybe that formula should be just " -7yrs", but I prefer "+5yrs" myself, though so long as they're older than my oldest child (40yrs) I maybe happy (damn, that includes all 3 crazy women here, I'd better stick with the "-7yrs" to be safe. :-O ).

Cheers.

And especially if She were rich too...

I did that once a few years back without knowing it at the time Vic and it wasn't a pleasant experience in the end as they just want to control you by dangling $'s and other types of bribes in front of you (that didn't work as I really didn't need those $'s or the bribes and I certainly won't pretend to be anything else other than myself). ;-)

Cheers.

Smart way to fly Wiggo, well I'm not looking anyway for anything new.
I finally got myself set up to at least comfy, not rich but who cares as long as I'm happy.

I haven't made up my mind yet to get a pet or not but I will in due time.
Dogs are my favorite animal over cats, I have always had a dog around.
Miss my old dogger, he was a kick in the pants.

Our dog Tosca just came in and looked for what I'm doing in this late/early hour.
Well she found her place in the bedroom.
Problem is. Where do I sleep?

Right now cause of shorted breakers, Graces automated litterbox, and My fan, are both out of action until the breakers dry out some, which means I'll have to go out there in the morning and blow some of the water out, last I looked it was still raining, and it's dark now. The rest of the panel is alright though, or I'd be in the dark, and I wouldn't be typing this.
