I'd love to say no, but that was at 6:42am, I'm too far away to have felt that quake in the City of San Bernardino, that's about 75 miles away...

But thanks anyway, oh and I have an Earthquake resistant foundation system under My home, it's taken a 5.0 with no problem at all.

I thought you were closer. Seems I was only 22 miles away. So it felt bigger.

According to my weather map, you have or will shortly have thunder storms and hail.

1/4" or less when We've had hail, nothing to worry about, it's raining outside right now.

I was out making a liquor run before the New Year's Day. I saw this brew and thought of Donald.

Good evening everyone. :-)

FINALLY got confirmed that my Food Stamps are being renewed. They've had the re-certification paperwork since December 1st!!!!! It should have renewed far prior to today!!!! I had to keep calling for the past couple of days to get them off their butts and renew my FS. :-O They are now going back into effect tomorrow, and then back to the 5th of every following month for this year.

Medi-Cal got renewed just after November 25th; so, they will be paying my Medicare Part B Premiums for 2016. This qualifies me for Social Security's "Extra Help" program which will now pay for my new Medicare Part D Premiums for 2016, and closes the Part D donut hole, and reduces my prescription co-pays to $3.30 for generics, and $7.70 for brand names.

All government red tape now successfully jumped through for 2016!!! :-)

New VSP vision plan kicked in December 1st. Premiums are $14.51 a month. I see my new eye doctor tomorrow, and get a prescription for new glasses that I will take to COSTCO. $15 Co-pay for the eye exam, $25 Co-pay for the lenses, (getting Crizal with Transitions auto-tinting), Transitions will cost me between $75 and $80, and I get a free $130 allowance for frames. I've been saving the past couple of months for the new glasses, can't wait to fill the prescription!!! :-)

YEAH!!! I'll be able to read small print again!!! :-)
