Apparently the automatic docking system failed, and the Russian Commander had to manually dock the craft to the ISS.

Oops! British astronaut Tim Peake phones wrong number from space

(CNN) — Earth to astronaut Tim Peake: Check the phone number before you dial. Otherwise the person you reach is likely to think you're some kind of nut case.

The EVA was interrupted by NASA after the space suit of companion Kopra developed a water leak, less then that which almost drowned ESA astronaut Luca Parmitano in 2013.
