While average credit is an indication, tracking whether its level is maintained and seeing it in the common language of G and M FLOPS requires extra steps. Perhaps the simple screen could indicate the average over several time periods, minute, hour, day, and month. It might be for the one project indicated in the upper part of the window where "Status: Running" is now which is moved to the right of "Elapsed: hh:mm:ss". It might look like:

AveFLOPS S10.1G M12.5 H12.7 D9.54 M8.52

Rate would be counted only when the project is running. P, T. G, M and K Flops can be indicated by having the time period rate followed by the letter for the first time period having that rate level.

On the project statistics Y)ear and D)ecade time periods might be reported for the project as a whole and for the collective work of classes of computers. Do the big guys do most of the work, or are they outnumbered? How has the project grown?

Both the Project and the Contributor have an interest in identifying and fixing any untoward slowdowns and being proud of the progress made.
