I'm the only active member left on the team and was considering moving to another team, with actual people in chat, for a while.

So for sentimental reasons, since the team was founded in 1999:

1) Can I still come back to the team after leaving it for a while?

2) Can I still manage it?

3) Do I need to setup an admin account on a 2nd email to keep the team alive and in order to let this account back in?

Yes, you'll still be team founder and able to manage your own team, even when you've joined a different team. You can always leave the new team and rejoin your own. Credits you earned towards your own team or the new team stay with that team though. You start from zero credits on the new team. But when returning to your own team, you continue to add to its total.

No, it all happens from your account. You need one account only.
