I think they've busy on the QT - have you seen the thing in the gents, quite amazing, and so quiet in operation

Not to mention the range of wines, ales, spirits, It's never looked so extensive.

Well done Mike.

Now for some food. Can I have a full roast beef dinner, washed down with appropriate wines for each course please.

I have turkey bacon at the house. Regular bacon now tastes to fatty.

I'd really like a large hairy navel right now. Unfortunately, I'm at work.

Suddenly hungry for a thick slice of that tasty processed meat product, (Spam) the mere mention of which sends some folks into fits of umbrage.

Grilled to a golden brown, served open-face on sour-dough toast, with grilled onions and mushrooms, and a touch of a good brown steak sauce. Grilled zucchini and yellow squash, and rice pilaf on the side. And a pint of brown ale to wash it all down.

And other people into fits of attempted singing, which I'm guessing to be even worse than the "meat."

So THAT'S what that sound was.......

I did open a can of that fine meat product, put 3 slices on the George Foreman grill. When they were done, I made a sandwich of them, with Jack and Swiss cheeses on buttered whole wheat bread. Feel much better now.

I'd look like that if that was plopped in front of me too.

Barman, a screwdriver at my recliner, if you please. If I fall asleep, just leave it on the table for me.

Since I'm having a quiet Thanksgiving by myself today (big family feast is on Saturday), may I have an omelet filled with grilled turkey, ham, green onions, and cranberries, with Swiss cheese over the top? Thanks much.
