This is in regards to workunit 6378835 on host 439971. My logs indicate that it was uploaded successfully... SETI@home - 2005-01-06 12:09:49 - Started upload of 06mr04aa.23651.17954.436076.170_3_0 SETI@home - 2005-01-06 12:09:55 - Finished upload of 06mr04aa.23651.17954.436076.170_3_0 SETI@home - 2005-01-06 12:09:55 - Throughput 6254 bytes/sec...but twelve hours have passed since then, and my reults page does not list the workunit as completed. How can I determine if a workunit has been successfully uploaded? Is it possible to request an e-mail confirmation of an upload? |

All I can say is that you have to do two work units first then they go on intervals. The First one in get cache then the seconded one gets worked on then when it ask for another one it sends the first one back to the server. I been seeing this on my work, it almost like accounting system called FIFO, first in first out. |

So two workunits have to be crunched on my account until the account is accredited. Did I get that correctly? The reason why I ask is because I am crunching in an emulated environment, and I don't think I can dedicate this machine to another sixteen-hour crunch. |

The messages only how the uplaod of the result file, not the reporting to the scheduler server, which is needed before they show up on the account page. If a uploaded result is not reported to the scheduler, it is listed by the client as 'ready to report'. You can force this reporting by using the 'update' function in the project tab of the GUI. You get the project menu with right mouse click on project line. Greetings from Bremen/Germany Jens Seidler (TheBigJens) |

Ding! Thanks! Remind me to ask for the GUI's source code so I can try to port it to Mac OS. .o0(Was it done in VB, REAL, or pure unadulterated C?) |
