For some reason I am unable to login to my seti/bonic account with my email/pw, getting : No account with email address blahblah@blahblah.com exists. Please go back and try again.. yet I can login when using that same email address and my Account Key.
and no, it is not blahblah@blahblah.com

What happened?
All started with this fire event.

I also updated software to the current version today, but after failing to login, thinking that would fix it.

I also have 2 other very old accounts that I have not been able to get into for years. Can those be merged to my current one? All are on this same team.

I'm confused. If you're unable to log into your account, how are you posting here? The login for the website is the same login for SETI.

As for your old accounts, only one SETI Classic (pre-BOINC) account can be merged with one BOINC account. Follow the instructions on this page to reclaim one of the accounts.

Note that when you merge a SETI Classic account with a SETI BOINC account, you will retain your original (older) start date, but your Classic workunit count will not be added to your SETI Credit.
