I admit the answer walks a tight thin line. Even a misguided one. It would best be in religion this device. Think Catholics and some of their way odd ideas.

I see your point about religion but it could be very useful over in politics.

YES! Guess the analogy would be almost like a male version of a chastity belt.

It's a ring to help the male body?

No. Does not help the body. Just some weird religious ideas.
I think the "Dream Police" made this device.

Like some sort of nightcap? To keep evil or lustful dreams away?

Thank you, Admiral.

10 seconds after I posted that comment, I feared it was the right answer. Going to be off-line for much of the weekend, working a Veterans' Info booth at the local Home and Garden show. Will try to get something up this evening (Pacific Time).

Sorry, folks. Life intervened. Situation arose on short notice that required several of us to deal with. But it looks like we have him sorted and settled now. At least I'm back in my own bed tonight. Will try for a new tool in the morning.

Okay, this isn't working.

Since I'm not having the time to do much posting here, let alone find a tool for the next round, I'll pass the baton to whomever desires to post the next tool.

I will take that challenge. Here is a tool that is well known to most of us. But I expect few will recall this early version. What is this?

Looks like a small pocket flashlight to me, but is it a fuse for something?

Sort of looks like a pocket oiler I received in my Christmas stocking many years ago.
