Time for another clue. It looks like a screwdriver, and the things that get turned have threads, but they are not screws (in the sense that screws hold things together).

You could probably pick your teeth with it, but that is not its intended use.

"Electronics" is an interesting question. The device this is used on is not, itself, electronic, and does not need electronics to be useful, but it may be part of an electronic system. Or it may not. That's your clue for today.
