Looks good from that angle. What does the sealed top of the can look like? Could this be a empty can?

That image looks to be lit by natural light, it is totally dark at the bottom of the Mariana trench.

Actually it looks to be artificial light, like at the bottom of an aquarium sitting in a photo studio, but that's just me.

Looking at the shadows, and the colour, I would say it is sunlight in shallow sea water.

The main question is: How much would the can
deform before the liquid in the can would stop
any further implosion? I believe the bottom of
that can is dented in much further than what one
would be on any store shelf, or in an aquarium.

This is where I got the story from.
I dear say that if the can is full to
the brim with salt water, there would
be vary little compression. Remember
that water can't be compressed enough
at the bottom of our oceans to crush
that can!

edit:
I see by reading the label on the can that it is from America!

Spam spam spam spam,
Wonderful Spaaaaam!

According to the one(so far) commenter there, the can is from 2010, so 6 years have passed since spam reached a new low, and yeah spam is very salty from My point of view.

Straight No Chaser's Movie Medley

I'll have to remember to watch that later on another computer. One of them graduated from my school.

I see no real proof that the can is underwater at all. It has multiple shadows, indicating artificial light (multiple sources or maybe one very close). The surrounding area is too well lit to be entirely artificial. We also have no way of knowing if the can is still sealed or empty and topless.

That's pretty cool. Pink Floyd is really my favorite band. I saw them in 1994, the last time they played in the U.S.

or possibly here

They were my all time favourite band.

I would have to agree myself. One of the hallmarks of a great band like that is the fact almost every album is in itself a classic. Obscured by Clouds edges out Meddle as my favorite album, but the bottom line is there is a Pink Floyd album that suits just about any mood I'm in. I could go on and on...

We knew that Pink Floyd would play there but for some reason we didn't go to the show:(

I like the fact that the Café forms does not make us
have to put up with all the 'folderol' of the Politics
thread. No cat calling, no vile oaths dedicated to the
belittling of other Setizens who may perchance not agree
with the intent of the thread, or any other such insults.
I totally accept the wisdom of the monitors, and oligarchs
who adjudicate the goings on here.
Thank you!

Hey, what's with the little "spinning" green stars? A subtle reminder to inform that one's subscription is running out :-)

I have always in the past been happy about the lack of
religious commentary. Of course religion should always
be included with politics as naturally abrasive subjects.

Python slithers up toilet, latches onto man's p____

BANGKOK (AP) - A Thai man is recovering from a bloody encounter with a 10-foot python that slithered through the plumbing of his home and latched its jaws onto his p____ as he was using a squat toilet.

Attaporn Boonmakchuay was smiling as Thai television stations interviewed him in his hospital bed about the intimate intrusion, and doctors said he would recover. But photos of his blood-splattered bathroom in Chachoengsao province, east of Bangkok, were testimony to his ordeal.
