I've reported 14 APs since the outrage ended and all have gone into pending. Is this a cause for panic? |

I've reported 14 APs since the outrage ended and all have gone into pending. Is this a cause for panic? No, at least yours are connecting.... I'm getting the dreaded "HTTP internal server error" :( |

Just did a reboot and got a whole lot of "Didn't resend lost task XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (expired)" Followed by a whole bunch of VLARs for my CPU so now sure what that was about edit.. and 1 single GPU MB, lol |

...had that on one of my crunchers, then the next call I got a load of tasks for the GPUs. Certainly something is not quite right in the world of the servers just now. Maybe they are upset by having their connections twiddled with? Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |

I've reported 14 APs since the outrage ended and all have gone into pending. Is this a cause for panic? No. All it means is your wingmates have not finished and reported their Tasks yet. We are coming out of a major outage, things may take a day or two to settle out... Donald Infernal Optimist / Submariner, retired |

I did an 'ipconfig /flushdns' on my main cruncher, then allowed network comms again in BOINC (I disabled comms yesterday before everything went down) and the 14 uploads went through right away, and the first scheduler contact was successful in reporting the completed tasks, but did not receive anything new. My single-core machine only had three MBs to upload and report, and those uploaded just fine, but couldn't find the scheduler. Did a /flushdns on that machine and that didn't fix it, so I went to services.msc and stopped and started the BOINC service and that did the trick. It successfully communicates with the scheduler. Server panic though... not only has the RTS buffer emptied out, but the creation rate is.. well, non-existent. There's not even a digit there. "/sec" Hmm... I've reported 14 APs since the outrage ended and all have gone into pending. Is this a cause for panic? Donald I'm well aware of that but since both of my machines are so slow and when APs are out there I keep such a large cache I have found that usually my wingmen have to wait for me. |

I've reported 14 APs since the outrage ended and all have gone into pending. Is this a cause for panic? The SSP says results waiting for validation 4 million. Seems the servers can`t catch up atm. With each crime and every kindness we birth our future. |

Great, my ISP Ziggo is under attack. 60% of the users have no internet at all due to a DDoS attack. I do find that some sites do not load, but other than that everything seems to work. Fingers crossed. |

Good to hear things are on the right track. Seemed to be like a series of issues chaining up lately, but at least not as major as in the past (it seems), and some of them for a good cause, sort of speak. Hope you're getting some good sleep at this time Matt :) |
