Stone Parts 2 and 3.

Part 2 Went back to the ER at 10 pm. Extreme pain, they gave me Percoset and again sent me home at 3am to 'pass' the time.

Part 3 Went back to the ER at 4:00pm with pain and throwing up the pain meds. This time I was admitted for a Laser Lythotripsy scheduled for 4pm on Thursday(didn't know they did it that way). Wheeled me down to the OR for the procedure and had it promptly canceled due to an Emergency use of the facilities(St Anthony's is the only Level 1 trauma hospital in Denver). Rescheduled for 2pm Friday. Dilaudid is now my best friend......got the procedure done, the stone was not 6mm by 7mm.

Went fine, got a temporary stent (4 days) and a very painful bladder due to the stent.

Short story long, I'm home and working on the recovery. Glad the majority of the pain is now gone.

Thank you Jesus.

I hope the neighbors know that "Bloody Murder" is not happening and call the police as a stone is passing. My uncle has had kidney problems most of his life. Stones and surgeries are common for him.

Thanks AG, and everyone. Slowly getting better but the last two days my muscles felt like I'd gone 10 rounds in Mixed Martial Arts..........and lost.

G'morning everyone, from a finally sunny start in the highlands down under.

C.W.#1 and I have been away for a while so I'm trying to catch up on a lot of things around the place (you should see the jungle my yard has turned into :-O ).

ATM I'm just finishing up flavouring the spirit I produced yesterday before mopping the brewroom's floor.

Beer O'clock is now only 3hrs away so I better finish this coffee and get back to work. ;-)

Cheers.

10L of rum, 6L of Bourbon, 2.3L of Southern Haze & 1.5L of clear left over, that was a very good result from yesterday's effort. :-D

Now to mop that floor (after I finish this coffee).

Cheers.

Now that I'm off my hands & knees and the floor is done (the mop broke) I think that I'll join you Mike (even if it is 50mins earlier than usual). ;-)

Cheers.
