Designated Survivor

I'm so angry with myself that I missed that. I meant to record it.
I hope they re-air the pilot.

I found it on Hulu. Great show (so far).

MacGyver (2016) 1x01 The Rising. 8/10. Will it be as good as the original & last as long? We'll see..

One of the reasons I liked the original was Richard Dean Anderson.

This new kid may appeal to the women his age, but he's much too
young for me. ;-)

I suspect RDA will do a cameo at some point. Please let me know if
he does so I can watch it.

World Hockey.
Canada is in the final.
But who will they meet?
Sweden or Team Europe?
That's for tomorrow.

Well thank God that the Canadians didn't have to
play a good team from Russia. All I can think is
that the Russians must be getting ready to rebuild
after the passing of most of the old guys, Ovechkin,
Malkin, and others. But that was not the best Russian
team I have ever seen.

edit:
Both team Europe and team Sweden would be a challenge....

A good team from Russia was the The Big Red Machine!
Fetisov, Kasatonov, Krutov, Makarov och Larionov!

And of course Tretiak in the goal.
The man with hundred hands.

Thanks to them I know the Russian anthem by heart:)

Just watched Bus Stop. It's a Marilyn Monroe movie I'd never seen. Her role has her playing with a country accent, which was different, but she pulled it off fairly well.

Last night I watched Fear The Walking Dead live on Sling TV.

So far Sling TV is worth the $20/month I will begin paying for it
on the first of October.

(In case anyone was paying attention. ;-) )

Man of Steel was on yesterday and then last night on FxM, for free, today it's only on PPV...

Since I'd missed the first two hours, I watched the first two in the 2nd showing, right after the 1st showing, neat.

For most of the day: the inside of my eyelids. Now we are getting
ready for the "Big Debate!"

Pops = check
Chips = check
comfy couch = check
Well then we are all ready to go, let the games commence!

Yep, I have my popcorn, but so far it's a pretty boring show. My mother is snoring on the couch, and I'm still watching, but getting sleepy.
