Isn't there usually a complaintant and an arrest and a trial and a conviction involved with a crime?
Or have we no need for any of those things these days.

Would it help you empathise a bit about the serious nature of his comments if you were at risk of having your nuts groped by random men who would then brag about how they could do whatever they wanted to you and get away with it?

No, but I HAVE heard women bragging about leading men around by their d**ks.

Its nothing but harmless locker room talk, no matter the gender(s) involved.

Distasteful? Yes.

OMGWTFBBQ!!!!!11! ? Hardly.

Did the men in question object? Was the description metaphorical?

If the answer to either is "yes" then this is known as false equivalence.

And wtf were you doing in a women's locker room in the first place?
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that ...

BS confessing to sexual assault shows a great character defect whether he didn't do it as he claims or he did.

Yes, though it's a character defect that it seems one sex is more likely to notice:

For those posters that are still supporting Drumpf, ask your wives, daughters, sisters and mothers who they are voting for and why, but only if you can listen to their answers without interruption.
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that ...

Mildly amusing, but not the quality I would expect from the land of Wallace and Gromett.

After the 'November Surprise' there will be a lot of Crow on the menu.

Never had that for a crime. NEVER. Doesn't even have to be a police report for a crime to have taken place.

You are saying if a purse is snatched but they can't find a perpetrator to convict it isn't a crime. Now we know to what lengths trump backers have to go to deny the truth.

Unfortunately agree.

There appears to be a 'reaction' against these attacks.

Why don't The Attacker's understand this?

Might I ask what 'reaction'?

As far as I know, only one candidate has volunteered a confession to a criminal act. And that confession was not obtained in an interrogation. Also only one candidate has stated that on winning the election the other would be in jail (apparently after some sort of "show trial" as a special prosecutor would perform an investigation, the outcome of which is already known).

Not only has Drumpf confessed to sexual assaults:

On an April, 11, 2005, airing of “The Howard Stern Show,” Donald Drumpf bragged about some of the special perks he enjoyed while he was owner of the Miss USA pageant. They came not in a locker room but a dressing room.

“I’ll go backstage before a show, and everyone’s getting dressed and ready and everything else,” he said. “And you know, no men are anywhere. And I’m allowed to go in because I’m the owner of the pageant. And therefore I’m inspecting it.”

Stern replied, “You’re like a doctor.”

Drumpf responded: “Is everyone okay? You know they’re standing there with no clothes. And you see these incredible looking women. And so I sort of get away with things like that.”
(source)

More locker room talk? Apparently not, from the same source:

Tasha Dixon, Miss Arizona in 2001, told the [CNN] that Drumpf just came “waltzing in” while contestants were nude or half-nude as they changed into bikinis.

“I remember putting on my dress really quick because I was like, ‘Oh my god, there’s a man in here,'” Mariah Billado, a former Miss Vermont Teen USA, told BuzzFeed.

I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that ...

"thought" = too lazy to search for evidence to support claim of hypocrisy?

Here's how to fix that:

1) go to http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/forum_search.php
2) enter "indict" in "search for keywords" field
3) enter "187472" in "search for author ID" field
4) select "no limits" in "search limits" field
5) click on "Start the search" button
6) review results

If you are unable to do this, you ought to apologize, the closest I can find to Gary posting remarks along the lines you suggest is a quote from a third party:

but ...
http://www.dailynewsbin.com/news/fbi-director-confirms-under-oath-that-hillary-clinton-never-lied-about-her-email-and-broke-no-laws/25481/
[...]In other words, he didn’t indict her because there was nothing to indict her on.[...]

Which says you have things the wrong way round, rather than "no indictment thus no crime", it's "no crime thus no indictment".
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that ...

Gary
Again, you have taken what I said and applied your own meaning.
** I did not state or suggest that no crime had taken place.
I simply question why that order of events did not transpire.
Please read more carefully.
Why assume that I am saying irrational things then tell me I'm am saying something that I am not?
AND why insinuate that I am a "Trump backer".
I don't get it.

Our only hope for the immediate future is that Trump gets elected and shortly afterward gets impeached, thus propelling Pence into the White House.

Agree.

All the past Republican and Democrat Candidates. Hillary, her VP Clown and Trump, included.

Pence is the only Presidential one.

Seriously? Theocrat Pence?

It isn't just sexual assault, it is sexual battery, a crime for which he should serve his time and then register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

Johnny, perhaps I saw a link with your sentences you did not intend, but arrest - trial - conviction is not involved with all crime, just some.

Perhaps you believe that there hasn't been a complaint. I think perhaps it would be interesting to know the details of the numerous sealed lawsuits against Trump. Your complaint might be hiding there. Your complaint might also be sitting in a police file somewhere as not prosecutable.

BTW Spontaneous confession is admissible. Judges and juries give them very heavy weight, almost to the level of a guilty plea, as they should.

<ed>Rape/sexual assault battery is a very under reported crime BTW.

You can educate the ignorant, if they are willing to learn. Stupidity is a whole other world. Donald is like a Doctor with no 'bedside manner'. He says you need to lose 100 pounds and quit smoking. It pisses you off, but you know he's just telling you the truth(a concept unknown to ANYONE named Clinton).

Anyone?
Why do you dislike General George Clinton so much?

My guess is many of the Republicans that are also on the ticket are going to have to withdraw their support for Trump and put out ads asking with instructions on how to split their votes. Or else the Senate will swing to the Democrats as well, the polls prior to this latest, suggest the Senate race is already on a knife edge.

This, as I have said here before likely was Trump's plan all along.

I just can't believe Trump's candidacy has been a conspiracy to get Hillary elected.

I can.
But he played the racism and xenophobia part far better than expected. He must've studied the opposition very closely for years to emulate them so closely.
