key word - "allowable"

edit: And he said he'll release his tax return when the IRS is done with the audit. Why isn't anybody asking the IRS when they'll be done with the audit?

The IRS has said that even when under audit he can release his returns. So why hasn't he.

And going by the IRS published rules, The IRS has three years to give you a refund, three years to audit your tax return, and ten years to collect any tax due. Together, these laws are called the statute of limitations.

So there should not be any problems with Trump's Tax Returns prior to 2013. So they at least should be published, otherwise I have to assume he is hiding something.

It is also important to note that no deadline applies where the IRS can establish that a taxpayer has: 1) filed a false or fraudulent return; 2) willfully attempted to evade tax; or 3) failed to file a return.

This goes more to the heart and character of Hiliary and her perverted concept of Justice...

So you are upset a lawyer actually did their sworn job? You should be celebrating that there is an honest lawyer left in America!

That or you have no concept of the law. Hope you get the cop is judge-jury-executioner treatment you desire for others.

Indeed, and it's not quite as clear cut as he claims: http://www.snopes.com/hillary-clinton-freed-child-rapist-laughed-about-it/

It's not exactly the same as bragging about committing sexual assault like Trump did.

You fail to mention that she didn't want to take the case, but was ordered to by the judge. And that getting the minimum sentence is a must for any attorney. Where would their career go if they didn't.

I'm trying to figure out why Trump taking advantage of tax laws is a good thing to brag about. Yes, he has good counsel that saves him money, and yes, most of us would like to pay less taxes, but as the President, I would want him to explain other ways to increase the country's revenues and help us get out of debt, and yet he seems so intent on puffing himself up as a savvy businessman it makes me feel like he doesn't care about anyone but himself.

Yes, I know, silly me, but my point is, voting for Trump is a fake feel-good moment, imo. We like strong people to be leaders, and Trump appeals to that sense, but I think he's just a master of constructing a mirage, and if he's elected we're going to be wondering where's the beef?

This goes more to the heart and character of Hiliary and her perverted concept of Justice...

ABC News 2014 and the actual recording can be heard with a little internet search.

http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/2014/06/hillary-clinton-dogged-by-1975-rape-case/

The name of the woman, who is now 52, was withheld for privacy reasons. She decided to speak out after hearing never-before-heard audio tapes released by the Washington Free Beacon earlier this week of Hillary Clinton talking about the trial. In the recordings, dubbed the "Hillary Tapes," Clinton is heard laughing as she describes how she succeeded at getting her client a lighter sentence, despite suggesting she knew he was guilty.

"He took a lie-detector test! I had him take a polygraph, which he passed, which forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs," Clinton said about her client on the tapes, which were initially recorded, but never used, in the early 1980s.

The prosecutor in the case is not critical of Clinton's behavior (he's interviewed around the 4 minute mark of this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jJ03Nw7ohww):

Mahlon Gibson, Prosecutor wrote:
She was just doing her job. She was going to present the best defense she could, and she was certainly going to require us to prove his guilt.

If there's any fault in this case, it's not Hillary's, it's the prosecution's forensics lab for disposing of a crucial piece of evidence. If that hadn't happened it's likely that Hillary would not have been able to arrange the plea bargain.

Now perhaps you can tell me where in the recording Hillary laughs at succeeding in getting her client a lighter sentence?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e2f13f2awK4

I've listened to it a couple of times, and while there is laughter on the audio, I didn't notice any when the sentence is being discussed.

As Es noted, snopes has this http://www.snopes.com/hillary-clinton-freed-child-rapist-laughed-about-it/, which is a little more up to date than the abcnews page you linked.
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that ...

that there is an honest lawyer left in America!

That's your definition of honesty? HAHAHA!

Here's a bit of honesty from her to her campaign staff:

http://www.infowars.com/clinton-campaign-email-outlines-effort-to-produce-an-unaware-and-compliant-citizenry/

The abusively biased and dishonest press is now panicking because there is no real way to defend clinton. Trump is winning because he's being unfair by playing by the rules used against him. He's pointing out the hypocrisy and the irony in the democrats and he's pointing out the bias in the federal media. Damn him!

I hope I actually hear him say, "Your fired!" after he gets into the white house.

If that felon hillary gets into the white house, I'm going to give up, hunker down, and prepare for what's coming.

Don't forget to stock up on various 'trade goods' NOW...

1. Plenty of ammo (various popular calibers/gauges).
2. Plenty of gold&silver coins.
3. Plenty of whisky.

Over and above what you will need for your own uses.

Don't blame me, I voted for Johnson(L) in 2016.

1. Plenty of ammo (various popular calibers/gauges)...........CHECK!
2. Plenty of gold&silver coins............CHECK!
3. Plenty of whisky............DOUBLE CHECK!
4. Move to conservative State with it's own power grid...........working on it.

And the political 'circle of life': Lawyers(in particular Personal Injury Lawyers) aspire to Political Office where they can WRITE THE LAWS! Thereby making it more profitable for their practices.

I.E. Morgan Carroll in Colorado, running for US House seat. A personal injury lawyer who's failure at that profession prompted her to run for State House and winning in 2004, Sponsored and promoted bill which eventually passed removing caps on personal injury awards (which also removes cap on legal FEES). She was then hired as a lawyer by the firm of Bacchus and Shanker(notorious and largest Colorado PI Lawfirm), reward?

And now she wants to go to DC and do the same to the rest of America.

9/11 "truther" Alex Jones is now your source? Too funny, though at least it explains your parroting of the latest conspiracy theory.

I've known lots of lawyers, and I guess I've just been lucky, but for the most part, they've all been pretty nice, honest people. My dad was an attorney, and I really think he was a good man.

professional liars

Commonsense would clearly show that to
be a reactive, and excessive statement.
I suggest that you are either a mirthful
lawyer, or you just don't know any lawyers.

The verdict of republican women seems to be that Drumpf's comments were unacceptable:

http://fivethirtyeight.com/features/republican-women-are-unendorsing-trump-twice-as-fast-as-men-are/?ex_cid=2016-forecast

Will republican men reach the same conclusion?

As far as locker rooms are concerned, here's the view of somebody who has probably spent more time in one than any of the posters here:
