Let's all refer to Hillary as Frillary.
Or Friliary, that more completely states her shining deeds and integrity.

Now, now, Dull, your screen name is supposed to be something about me, not Bobby. Though I wonder if including his name has finally raised your shenanigans to an banishable offense? :)

Clyde: Trump and many of his supporters are clamoring for the wall.
Change the name on the shirts to Hillary and 1/2 the meaning of the picture is lost. You only refer to the education. Not "The Wall" (Pink Floyd song reference). Still a deeper look into Hillary reveals she's created policies causing a need for immigration, then forces those that do try to immigrate back out. IIRC, she has also called for fences as well.

@ Wiggo you country would create much good will in North America if you took him back.

Or silence him, perhaps a nice long tax fraud term and forfeiture?

Well seeing as he gave up being an Aussie to become a Yank back in 1985 there's not a great deal we can do with him these days. But you guys did welcome him with open arms though when yous could've said no. :-D

Cheers.

When you (and Glenn) say "you", I assume you think the entire USA is responsible. Correct?

I think that I said, "you guys" and "yous" (plural), so that would be correct then, but if I said, "you", you would be incorrect. ;-)

I can't answer for Glenn though. :-D

Cheers.

That's a good 1 Guy. ;-)

How does anyone know what Don is going to do when he keeps changing his mind and words (I couldn't call them policies, mindless rants is more like it) every few hours?

He can't even keep hang on to his own staff members now let alone those who were backing him.

But he's certainly the butt of more jokes about how stupid people can be, over here, and the comedians are loving him for content. :-)

Cheers.

If you're an inexperienced boater, you are probably unaware of reliable anchoring techniques. If you're a "stink" boater, you are probably unaware of reliable anchoring techniques. "Stink" boaters rely solely on the diesel fumes they belch out to keep them out of trouble--and when their engines fail, they are clueless and helpless. So, yes, boats with too small an anchor scope, along with possibly hooking your anchor on rocks, or a reef... yes, your boat will swamp if the sea level rises beyond a certain point. No pity for you since you failed to learn some basics before you tried to join in with the big boys out at sea. I've owned a couple of boats in the past--one I sailed in the Pacific (34' sloop), the other I sailed in the Atlantic (Catalina 27.) I say no pity, but that didn't stop me from rescuing a couple of clueless "stink" boaters when I saw they were in trouble.

Anchor-babies are at risk of swamping the entire United States for a variety of reasons. Here are some useful ideas on how to prevent swamping and sinking the entire United States.

https://www.donaldjtrump.com/positions/immigration-reform

How much are you willing to pay?
Trump’s big immigration crackdown comes with big 5-year price tag: More than $50 billion

And that doesn't take into effect the immigrants pay in federal taxes, but get nothing out because 'illegals' cannot claim benefits or healthcare. A quote I found;
The Texas State Comptroller reported in 2006 that the 1.4 million illegal immigrants in Texas alone added almost $18 billion to the state's budget, and paid $1.2 billion in state services they used.

Plus as I have said before, with the economic model used by the US and most other OECD countries relies on there being an increase in population every year, to pay the benefits. Because of the birth rate decrease in western society immigrants are an essential element part of population increase.

The problem lies not with the illegal immigrants but the out of date policies most governments run. Much has been said about the 300,000 immigrants from the Middle East that have been allowed into Germany, but figures show that Germany probably needs 500,000 immigrants/year just to maintain the status quo for its economy. Which if you hadn't noticed is about the strongest in the EU.

@WK, some people are threatened by actually having to work for their food. They want their parents to have given them a birth right to freedom from actual productive work. Kind of like a landlord to just squeezes others for his money. Or a crime boss collecting "protection" money.

So when they see people who will work hard and for not much coming they scream bloody murder or rapists and drug dealers.

If Trump wins, then I imagine they will start screaming louder and longer. As most of these immigrants work in low skill jobs like agriculture, hotels and restaurants, buildings and grounds, and private homes.

So there will be limited food in the shops, nobody to serve the food that hasn't arrived in hotels and restaurants. Buildings and grounds will deteriorate as there will be nobody to maintain them, and there will be no daily help to clean or cook for them at home.

Ah well, they can only blame themselves.
Maybe, but I'd get some ear defends if I lived over there, just to be on the safe side.

http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/forum_thread.php?id=77605&postid=1813674 you mean? :)

@Guy: great that you rescued some folks. But your analogy is flawed. A better analogy is that we now have sloop manufacturers deliberately designing sloops to fail at a certain point in time. Impossible to catch in advance. Can't blame "inexperienced folks trying to sail with the big boys". Some of these big boys get sold the time-bomb defective sloops, too. Derivatives, derivatives, derivatives, split, split, split. Take bets on when the defect will manifest itself, guess when it fails, guess when you get to laugh at the "poor saps".

It is well documented that Trump spent many years as a registered Democrat. It is well documented that he has praised William JEFFERSON and Hillary RODHAM Clinton and even Barack HUSSEIN Obama. I'm sure you knew he campaigned for a bit in 2000 in a reform party, which could have pitted him against George W. Bush.

I would not be surprised if you've argued somewhere "people don't change". If so, why do you believe Trump is one of the few that can change his spots?

It is approximately the last 3 years that he has been speaking the way he currently does. He found his angle. He's studied you, the Republican base for years. His populism is probably largely stolen from Bernie Sanders, repackaged, some with a right wing spin, angled to suck in the right wing base.

What do we have to lose???

That is such a weak argument, regardless of who tries to employ it.

Many of us here and elsewhere, of all stripes and different backgrounds, different political leanings, etc. .... many of suspect we have a lot to lose. What precisely we will lose is the question.

Wiggo is right that we don't know what Trump will do because he has offered so many positions on one issue. It is even worse than Wiggo says. It is barely an exaggeration to say Trump can hold five positions on one issue in five minutes.

Makes it hard to answer what exactly could/would be lost.

Talking about illegal immigrants. What is the true status of Melania Trump?

Weeks after campaign pledged answers, big questions about Melania Trump’s immigration status linger

There appears to be (actually real) belief among many Anti-Trump Intellectuals. That they are superior to Trump supporters.
