But there are a lot of people out there who will spite their own nose for short term gain. Amen, sadly that seems is a frequent characteristc of the human condition. |

Purple/Green understand/get what? Please enumerate. So your for selfishness then . Once apon a time here in the Colony of Australia (seeing as you yanks think of us that way :-)) The 6 states and 1 territory use to compete for business however it never really worked as 1 state did well the others would lose out . The problem is that when this happens the Country as a whole lost out . Unemployment going up in the other states that lost out to so called free markets was putting a burdon on the whole country from higher unemployment to health care to homelessness . Now days there is some compition but most of it has gone as the federal government says fine your doing well so you don't need so much of the GST tax revenue and what this has done is not stop states from competing but has allowed the states to compete fairly and not say undercut another state . As that has caused problem it's self as the states that have under cut another state just to win the work went bankrupt from missus and greed. But no problem I understand your for self not the whole country and if one state undercuts another who cares right after all your just 50 separate country's that very losely say your a country . And a GOd fearing one at that . Pitty the bible does not look good on greed or selfishness . As for minimum wage well funny we have had it for 30 years didn't stop our country from Booming and having better finances and a better balance sheet than pretty much most other country's around the world . But no worry's your way is best as your governments balance sheet shows . Ok now you can blame the rest of the world for all your finical problems let the whinging start . |

Trump is a business man. He's not exactly what I want to see in the white house, but at least he's not another absolutely corrupt politician who'll exempt himself from the laws he imposes on the rest of us and who'll continue to launder money through a crooked 501(c)3 to enrich himself by selling access to the white house. So the republicams are going to limit the amount you can put into your 501 .......don't think so mate there just as guilty as the so called Liberals you refer to . So trump is a honest man .....mmm so to set up a company to deliberately fail and go bankrupt is legal ???? Some here have said knowingly doing this is illegal so how can Trump be a honest man when he has done exactly that broken law the law wilfully , even if it would be hard to actually prove he knowingly did it . |

[quote]So the republicams are going to limit the amount you can put into your 501 .......don't think so mate there just as guilty as the so called Liberals you refer to . I think you have confused a 501(c)3 with a 401(k). 501(c)3 is a charity. 401(k) is a retirement plan. |

Umm yes the 401 But no matter the same thing applies to both the 501 and 401 , only don't they call it "philanthropy" when put into the 501 . MM 401 retirement is ok but 501 charity is not mmm ok got it . Waiting for the back flip now I pointed that out :-) |

http://robertreich.org/ I got a call from a friend in Washington who knows more about political polling than anyone in America. He was almost breathless with excitement. |

A 401(k) is like a bank account, in fact it could be one. A 501(c)3 is a business. To the point it hires people and pays salary, has articles of incorporation, a mission statement. Like The American Cancer Society. or SETI @ Home |

Trump follows the law? Then why so many legal actions? http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/elections/2016/06/01/donald-trump-lawsuits-legal-battles/84995854/ Trump and his businesses have been involved in at least 3,500 legal actions in federal and state courts during the past three decades. They range from skirmishes with casino patrons to million-dollar real estate suits to personal defamation lawsuits. And despite his boasts on the campaign trail that he “never†settles lawsuits, for fear of encouraging more, he and his businesses have settled with plaintiffs in at least 100 cases reviewed by USA TODAY. Most involve people who say they were physically injured at Trump properties, with settlements that range as high as hundreds of thousands of dollars. |

Trump follows the law? Then why so many legal actions?Because there are no laws to prevent the filing of 'legal actions' that have little or no chance of prevailing, and scum bag attorneys are more than happy to take large sums of money from stupid people trying to prove a point......repeatedly. I applaud your passion over Mr. Trump, I can see that you have yet to identify who the real victims will be if he wins! edit: We are praying for you, it seems some of you are getting close to solving this... |

Trump follows the law. Yes, you could say he uses the law to his advantage. But so do many other business folks. Which law did he violate with his four (I think) bankruptcies? (I don't care how many times his companies went bankrupt.) The Bible is very Good for Law . If you Read the 10 Commandments there simple but apply even today so you can still be a atheist but understand what the law is. god has nothing to do with knowing what right. A country that encourages Greed as you say selfishness is what it is will implode. Tyranny comes from arrogance , wealth , power , and greed , ideology is just a tool they use to get the power . What crime has Clinton said she broke . Having a Email Server for her personal use mmmmmmmmm So Trumps ok 4 bankroupcy and your gona give him the key the country's money ......... Because it's ok to break the law and lie if the law allows it . So Clinton hasn't broken the law then having a Email Server for her personal use . So what's all the hoopla . It's ok for Trump to do the same thing . Clinton hasn't broken the law Trump hasn't broken the Law AS THE LAW allowed them to break the law . The difference is the policys mate . Hows he gona get Mexico to pay for a wall . If I was Mexico I'd tell ya to ........ Same thing with this telling your allys to pay up for our defence ..... UP Y....s iLi We pay enough for your F-ing war The only one that will stat a war will be Trump . Sometimes Fate bites ! |

A Mexican president did already tell Trump .... about Mexico paying for his wall. Clinton or Trum could both start more wars. Both are hawkish, Trump just has his hair styled like a hawk. But, to tie your two posts together (Ddrth and what/who you responded to), why is Hillary corrupt. Hmmm. Greed! COngratulations on praising what makes Hillary so bad? Guy? (AUTHORARIANISM kills.) Capitalize on this good fortune, one word can bring you round ... changes. |

A quote from an old British film, possibly Monty Python went "Money is not the root of all evil, it's the whole bloody tree"........so true on both sides. My feeling is it's more logical to make it easier for someone of moderate intelligence to generate wealth than to 'redistribute' wealth generated by someone of moderate intelligence. Trump, no matter his failings, is more likely to achieve that state than Hiliary. Rising tides really do lift all boats. "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |

Trump, no matter his failings, is more likely to achieve that state than Hiliary. First "Feelings" aren't Logical. The second part of your sentence is a Contradiction in Terms. Rising tides really do lift all boats. Are we really talking about Water, and the Lunar Cycles? |

Or, those people that create the rising tides that also put their houses on stilts don't get their houses washed away? Capitalize on this good fortune, one word can bring you round ... changes. |
