For a better world, vote either Johnson (L) or Stein (G)... PLEASE!!! Kick the (D)'s and (R)'s out!

Um.. not Stein. I cannot in good conscience vote for someone who is anti-science. I wouldn't have voted for Cruz for the same reason.

Cruz would have been worse than Trump.

we might just get the budget under control for the first time since before Vietnam

We as a society want stuff but are unable or unwilling to figure out how to fund it.

The people who want aren't the people with the cash.

Probably too early to ask this. What will America's reaction be should Trump be elected President?

Study how to invoke the 25th, then do so. Coup d'état.

You got some way to go yet :-) The British Empire lasted 350 years, the decline started during it's last 50.

The murders of Tiberius and Gaius Gracchus have been compared
to the deaths of the Kennedy brothers in the 1960s in America.
I do not believe that the danger of 'second amendment solutions'
is yet over in your country. The question now: is this really a
fight between Hillary and Mike Pence? A good time for reflection.

Trump's not going to win if this keeps happening, Atlanta (Georgia) Journal Constitution - AJC poll: Hillary Clinton has slim lead over Donald Trump in Georgia

IF is the operative word.

Still early.

True, but I don't think it was expected. Not least by the Trump team.

Americans?

Which ones, and what part of this Continental Country?

The question was America not Americans or has Amexit happened without anyone knowing :-)

'America' is not One Country. Think of it as the European Union on steroids.

Study how to invoke the 25th, then do so. Coup d'état.

As History Instructs: Any attempt to overturn an Election. In this case, by the Political Establishment, The Left, International Capitalists, et al. Will be stopped by those who control 'The Guns'.

IE: Those who fingers are on the Military Weapons (Not The Generals). 100 Million Armed Civilians, etc.

Unfortunately, as History also instructs: This will devolve into a Right Wing Dictatorship.

Guess who will be The Dictator.

Any attempt will 'Play Into His Hands'

BTW: Perhaps the USA Experiment in a Lawful Democracy. Will, as in History. Collapse after 200, or so, years.

Is 200 years the best we can have?

Quite likely. We are already *IN* the process of collapse.

...

Paradoxically enough, the release of initiative and enterprise
made possible by popular self-government ultimately generates
disintegrating forces from within. Again and again after freedom
has brought opportunity and some degree of plenty, the competent
become selfish, luxury-loving and complacent; the incompetent
and the unfortunate grow envious and covetous, and all three
groups turn aside from the hard road of freedom to worship the
Golden Calf of economic security. The historical cycle seems to
be: From bondage to spiritual faith; from spiritual faith to courage;
from courage to liberty; from liberty to abundance, from
abundance to selfishness; from selfishness to apathy, from apathy
to dependency; and from dependency back to bondage once more.

At the stage between apathy and dependency, men always turn
in fear to economic and political panaceas. New conditions, it is
claimed, require new remedies. Under such circumstances, the
competent citizen is certainly not a fool if he insists upon using the
compass of history when forced to sail uncharted seas. Usually so-
called new remedies are not new at all. Compulsory planned
economy, for example, was tried by the Chinese some three
millenniums ago, and by the Romans in the early centuries of the
Christian era. It was applied in Germany, Italy and Russia long
before the present war broke out. Yet it is being seriously
advocated today as a solution of our economic problems in the
United States. Its proponents confidently assert that government
can successfully plan and control all major business activity in the
nation, and still not interfere with our political freedom and our
hard-won civil and religious liberties. The lessons of history all
point in exactly the reverse direction.

Don't blame me, I voted for Johnson(L) in 2016.

Truth is dangerous... especially when it challenges those in power.

Perhaps we could think of it like the Holy
Roman Empire of the middle ages....

Donald Trump working hard for the democrats:
http://www.ocregister.com/articles/county-724744-republicans-democratic.html
The Republican margin has been shrinking since 1990, when the GOP edge was 22 points. But in the past six months, the pace of change has been four times as fast as the 26-year average – due in part to the GOP’s controversial presidential nominee. That could hurt the local Republicans in November’s down-ticket races.

“Donald Trump has become our best marketing tool,” said Henry Vandermeir, chairman of the Democratic Party of Orange County. “He’s insulted pretty much every constituency in this county, which has helped drive Democratic registration and turnout to new highs.”

Clinton's lead over Trump narrows to less than three points: Reuters/Ipsos poll

http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-election-poll-idUSKCN10G2BQ

So much for Polls.

Why do have have this queasy feeling. That we (Anti-Trump Voters and Pro-Hillary Voters) may be shocked on Election Day.

But that poll of those published on Thurs and Fri was one of the lowest figures for Clinton. Even the LA Times that has been solidly saying Trump by large numbers has swung to a small Clinton lead.

Race/Topic Poll Results Spread
Friday, August 5
General Election: Trump vs. Clinton IBD/TIPP Clinton 46, Trump 39 Clinton +7
Thursday, August 4
General Election: Trump vs. Clinton NBC News/Wall St. Jrnl Clinton 47, Trump 38 Clinton +9
General Election: Trump vs. Clinton McClatchy/Marist Clinton 48, Trump 33 Clinton +15
General Election: Trump vs. Clinton Reuters/Ipsos Clinton 43, Trump 39 Clinton +4
General Election: Trump vs. Clinton LA Times/USC Clinton 45, Trump 44 Clinton +1

And HuffPosts Poll of Polls shows Clinton with a lead >8% which is Currently tracking 268 polls from 40 pollsters.
Clinton 47.4% Trump 39.3%

Publishing results from one poll says absolutely FA, and you have to follow the trends of each pollster, what were the previous Reuters/Ipsos poll saying?

Cherry picking?
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that ...
