I wonder ... are we going to see a bunch of Trump towers in Russia? Or should that be the Union of Soviet Trump/Putin Republics? http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/U/US_DEM_2016_DNC_EMAILS?SITE=AP&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT&CTIME=2016-07-23-11-41-34 WASHINGTON (AP) -- A cache of more than 19,000 emails from Democratic party officials, leaked in advance of Hillary Clinton's nomination at the party's convention next week in Philadelphia, details the acrimonious split between the Democratic National Committee and Clinton's former rival, Sen. Bernie Sanders. http://www.nytimes.com/2016/07/22/us/politics/donald-trump-foreign-policy-interview.html SANGER: Since your time is limited, let me ask you about Russia. You’ve been very complimentary of Putin himself. |

In front of how many? Not for an hour, but once in my public minder job I had a crowd of about three thousand people that I felt compelled to address to keep them from plugging up a light rail platform during an emergency. There I first had to get every ones attention, at the same time as I was establishing my dominance, at the same time as I was finding an escape rout in case it all went wrong! I was easy, I had no choice but to succeed or get crushed*. In my life I have had to do public speaking many times. edit: *Some times life is so simple.. |

Tell me how you can respect someone who has absolutely no respect for anyone else but himself?Perfect description of Hillary........... We get it. Hillary sucks. No, really, I agree, she does! But ... how many threads do we have about Hillary now? (Including 1 new one this week?) I hope it's not that stuff your state legalized that's making it hard to determine which thread to post in? ;) Capitalize on this good fortune, one word can bring you round ... changes. |

give the man credit for being a great orator. They can walk out as easily as the alternative media cameras showed people easily walking out on several key RNC speakers. (EDIT: for about 17 months I did work a job where the level of compulsion was quite a bit higher and legally so.) And, Sirius, "in front of how many" increases as years go by. If something I say angers them or is difficult to understand, I have much less separating them from me and I have to answer their questions, where as a politician can just barrel on, factually or fact-free. I was hoping to try to direct that thread more to edification than to insult. |

Pretend that you were the advisor to President Donald Trump. What would you advise ? Reinstate the draft, go to a few more wars (perhaps with corporations that are in our WR's "territorial waters", ones at least 50% U.S. owned according to WK, kill off several young men (and women) in this war, less need for using money to support post-secondary education. Also likely to severely reduced/completely cut any teaching WR might still do. Round 'n' round! Capitalize on this good fortune, one word can bring you round ... changes. |

Having a sufficient, ready and capable set of armed forces may well mean that won't have to use it. Or if we do use it we won't bog down with pussy-footing, inadequate numbers and political correctness. Pretty soon we will all be carrying uzi's to go to the supermarket like they do in Israel if world trends continue. So I say to you: Sprechen Sie Deutsch or how are you at teaching the finer Murderous dictates of the Koran. For all of our pacifist friends, we are at war now and so are our allies. Wishing it will go away is a fools game. |

Pretty soon we will all be carrying uzi's to go to the supermarket like they do in Israel if world trends continue. So, let's say ir clearly: do you believe, as Jodi Ernst claimed, that ISIS is now present in all 50 states? That they have a base just over the border in Mexico? Or some similar belief at least? And what exactly are you saying in your second paragraph? Are you leveling an accusation at me or another here? How exactly did this prevent what you speak of in your second sentence? As for your third paragraph, could you tell me when the U.S. has not been at war??? Was not the draft still in effect during Vietnam? We ARE at war now with ISIS. At least some are starting to recognize that fact. I don't believe that takes much of a leap of faith to go there. They have simply stuck it in our face now, so it's impossible to not admit it. And, it is NOT muslims in general that have done this. Not at all. Most of them abhor what has been done in Allah's name. I have, and shall continue to respect those who have not called out a war against those who simply do not believe as their own religion one of war. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." ISIS?? Do you mean "al-dowla al-islaamiyya fii-il-i’raaq wa-ash-shaam" (D.A.E.SH) or translated Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant? We are not at war with them. They are at war with the Christian State and the Jewish State. Christians are not a country in the present world. |

ISIS?? Do you mean "al-dowla al-islaamiyya fii-il-i’raaq wa-ash-shaam" (D.A.E.SH) or translated Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant? The whole western world is at war with them now. They have pushed their agenda a bit too far. And they are gonna get some bombs shoved up their arses sooner rather than later. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

As I said, we need to fight massively, visciously and decisively which we did not do in what was most likely a war that we should not have gotten into (Viet Nam).--we also need to stop supporting corrupt dictators against their own wars of independence. There are wars (WWII) that are worthwhile and that we have to take on. The sad thing is: that since Korea, we haven't won any of them decisively and permanently. We lost 2500 people in the bombing of Pearl Harbor. My father along with a good portion of his generation went to war with Japan right away. We went to war with Hitler, (when we had amassed overwhelming manpower and arms production) as well; as he rolled over most of Europe. We didn't wait until the Japanese and the Krauts were at our doorstep. We recently lost 3000 in the World trade center and our friendly Jihadists are stronger and bolder than ever. All the while being told that we are safer and less violent than ever. This nonsense is a total and complete disregard for the intelligence of most of the American People. What was it Ben Franklin said--those who trade liberty for a small sense of peace security will experience neither. I am sorry to suggest that it is time to take up arms in a more aggressive way. |

I would suggest that you are a true patriot. I am as well. And we both recognize that inaction equals defeat. We cannot stand by and wait for the next wave of terrorism to wash ashore. I have stated that my belief is that they are getting bolder day by day, and soon, this scourge is going to hit home here in the US. Unless we cut them out soon. Bleeding hearts say hold fast. Yeah, how long? Until they cut our throats? Then react? No, we need to move now and fast, before they can react. America has known what to do in the past, if only now we can get past the asswipe in the White House who has no balls and may even be accused of protecting the Muslim Nation. Muslim Nation. And where might this "nation" be located. Muslims are not the enemy please remember that. There are some who call themselves Muslims who are not, and who wish to see the west destroyed. They are not true Muslims!! It is people like you with statements like that who are helping DAESH achive their goal by spreading fear and misinformation. |

True but I have a problem with it. Have many Muslim friends & they all say the same, Islam is a religion of peace... ...So that begs a question... ...WHY do Islamic nations have armed forces with some having nuclear weapons after all they are a peaceful people? Most oppressions in history have being overridden by the people themselves, so WHY are strapping 18-45 years old running from their Islamic nations to seek refuge in the West? As WR stated some wars had to be fought. Many civilians gave their lives in resisting the oppressors/invaders. What is different with Islam? As for the West? Too many decades of party politics & lack of genuine governing has got it to the situation it faces today. As Brexit & the support for Trump shows, people have had enough & when they voice their anger get told their IQ is less 100. How very humane of those intelligentsia saying that. |

What is different with Islam? Target identification failure. Show me on the map this country called Islam. Or for that matter show me this country called KKK? You can fight a war against a country. You can't fight a war against a thing or an idea. If you try you lose by default! This stupid idea of fighting an idea is the same stupid idea that Charles Manson had when he tried to incite a race war helter skelter. How are you going to fight this enemy that is in a few scattered buildings all over the globe? Are you going to violate the sovereignty of hundreds of countries and station troops in every mosque so that when some idiot gives a sermon calling for 6th century standards they jump out and gun him down? Or are you going to commit genocide and slaughter billions of innocents just to kill less than 50,000 fools? If you are hell bent on the slaughter of billions, perhaps you should move the discussion and reason for it to the Global Warming Solutions thread. |
