I've been hit before, resulting in bruising on more than one occasion. The person who did it would always tell me that I was making it up and he hadn't hit hard enough to bruise etc.

Clyde there are some drugs people have to take to thin there blood , usually this is because of some sort of hart problem or circulation problem AKA: blockages in the arteries so yes you can bruise someone without using any real force and it is not criminal as they have to take the drugs or they won't live long .

And as a ex cop you should know you don't have to hit a person for it to be a assault touching them is the same thing , so is pointing a finger at someone in anger is also considered assault just like chest bumping if it's done in anger at least it is here

I don't think he gets to judge that someone has reacted in the 'correct' way to show an assault. Bruising seems like evidence enough. Having been hit before, there is no 'correct' way that you react. It depends where the blow lands and what else is going on at the time. A blow powerful enough to bruise doesn't necessarily result in someone falling or being thrown back.

No need for talk about meds at all.

Stupid doctors told me I had that one , stupid twit put the scar in me he did and then said I didn't after I had the test and to think the Doc was on the north side of Sydney where all the rich people are . And the anker wanted me to pay upfront as he didn't bulk bill Medicare
