It's WINNERS time!

In Third Place is Celttooth, with:
"Lilliputian Air-002, this is Vancouver Tower: ABORT, ABORT, ABORT!"
Points taken off for mis-identifying both the 737 (it's a Southwest) AND the location: SFO (San Francisco International)

In Second Palace is Carlos with:
Baby airplanes take several weeks to ween.

And In FIRST PLACE and next post goes to Angela for:
Hey! You! Get off of my cloud.

Although that's a mis-quote of a Rolling Stones song - the actual line is:
"get offa my cloud!" (or at least that's what it sounds like to me...)

Oh, and the 747 is on Runway 28 left, lined up and holding for take-off, and the 737 is landing on Runway 28 right. From my point of view, the 737 is on the OUTside lane, Chris...

PM going out as soon as this is posted...

I was waiting for something along the lines of "747-400 - long enough to land on..."
.

Looks like this guy could take off and land on the back of a 747.

Twenty four hours and 10+ captions - time to declare a winner...

While never an easy task, this time choosing a winner was positively excruciating because of the super-abundance of really, really, really clever answers.

Honorable Mention goes to rob smith with: "Will I need to wear a mask?"

Tied for third place are Lynn with: "I did the math. We can't afford the Raccoon." and dg6580004 with: 'Smokey' and 'The Bandit'.......

Tied for second place are Carlos with: "Erick and Angela in an altered reality." and Admiral Gloval with: "I'm sorry, Dave. I can't do that."

First place, by a raccoon whisker, is Bill Walker with: "He followed me home. Can we keep him? (Could be the dog or the raccoon speaking.)"

PM going out to our winner now...
