Looks like one tape from 2009 is splitting AP's. Should be good data theoretically and not 100% blanked like the last 2016 tapes.

One box got 5, the next 3 and the other nothing. In all I call that a very weak run.

22 over 4 machines , if they are "good" probably will score in total more than the 150 + i got from the last "spliiting session" ( 1 will do that ) ;-)

Fresh tape from Feb 2016, so far all seem blanked. Didn't catch any for compression test, however.
[edit] Dunno if these are stuck bit or not. They compressed from 8192 to between 6500 and 7200. [/edit]

So far, the July stuff seems to be OK, just the Feb5 tape that seems hosed.

With the latest Win10 update, I don't know of a way to have Crimson 15.12 drivers installed on my crunchers without Windows Update eventually upgrading them. Since anything newer gets invalid results for AP tasks, is there anyway to prevent a machine from getting any GPU AP tasks?

See if anything of this helps:

I have ap_05fe16aa_B4_P1_00133_20161004_07262 that isn't compressing much, but seems like you're right.

EDIT: OK, it only ran for 3 seconds like the others.

OK, that 'super compression' on B3_P1 (but no others) matches the old stuck bit problem on that single channel. I'll stop worrying about it.

If the others report 100% radar blanked, then they're radar blanked!

OK, I started all of them (run each for 3-6 minutes (2-4 checkpoints) "to be sure" then suspended)
Only the B3_P1 finished in 4 seconds with "percent blanked: 100.00"

Then I paused the Computing and searched in 'slots' for files containing <fraction_blanked>

In no particular order:
<fraction_blanked>0.000000</fraction_blanked>
<fraction_blanked>0.000000</fraction_blanked>
<fraction_blanked>0.023937</fraction_blanked>
<fraction_blanked>0.000000</fraction_blanked>
<fraction_blanked>0.036657</fraction_blanked>

. . . is there anyway to prevent a machine from getting any GPU AP tasks?

In your account, select SETI@home preferences > Edit preferences > uncheck AstroPulse v7 > click the Update preferences button.  Changes will take effect the next time the manager contacts the server.

Wouldn't that kill CPU AP tasks as well?
