70°F/26°C, fair. Rain forecast, Lexington, Thursday-Friday.
Am off to the World Fellowship Center, Chocorua Village, N.H., tomorrow,
for an Early Music week. Rain forecast for that region, Sat.-Sun.

Hopefully, it'll be cooler, up there.

You guys hold down the fort.

For two days they've been predicting more storms tonight. Now it looks like they'll go a bit more south than they thought. Maybe weaker too.

Friday should be about cool enough to mow the lawn. The Weekend should be nice at the museum too.

Had some rain overnight, but most of it went through Springfield and Champaign.

Once the lawn dries off, I should go out and mow it.

What is this lawn that you speak of?

It's a very annoying mass of green that I would much prefer to remove or ignore, but the city sends me threatening letters when I ignore it.

If you're in danger, get out of there. If you can't afford the gas, we'll take up a collection.

Rain, rain, go away.
Come again another day.

(But don't make it hot either.)

Been consistently wet here this year. I can't remember any year when the yards were so uniformly green. Seems like Louisville went through a drought back in the 70's and early 80's. I remember watering everything, and yards being really brown.
