64°F/18°C, light rain. A quiet night, with no Great Horned Owls
hooting, or coyotes yipping (conservation land, here).

Temperature holding at 64°F/18°C, but with frequent intervals of heavy rain.
Lots of puddles, now. The morning doves love it.

Careful Jim Martin, ya don't want to step in a Poodle.

Temp outside 79F, inside 70F, predicted high 107F on the longest day of 2015, a/c set at 60F as an experiment, I might be able to set this somewhat higher than 60F in the future, maybe.

Too true, but I hear her bark is
worse than Uli's Rolling Pin!

Celt -- This could turn into a pun war; then, both Angela and Uli would
be barking and wielding rolling pins. Back to the weather. . .

Clearing up, now; it has been raining cats and dogs, all morning.

Thanks Julie, I darn near lost a cherrie tree, had to soak the hell out of it and it's coming around now. Makes great cherrie pie.

You should investigate drip irrigation for your plants, that will help prevent loses to evaporation and you can buy a little or as much as you want at one time. I did that when I last owned a house and land, that saved a bunch of plants.

Drip irrigation is used in an adjoining field, even though we have -- so far --
enough water. But, it comes from a well, and therein lies the water table. . .
