Anbesol, potent stuff. I've been there, had 3 teeth like that, all pulled, nothing to replace them yet, but they were all molars, 1 on the upper jaw and 2 on the lower jaw, the 2 were on opposite sides of the mouth and have somewhat been replaced by 2 wisdom teeth on My lower jaw, not bad, though one of these days I'll have to see about a post and crown for that missing upper molar. So far I've been luckier, I guess. Have had several 30-40yo fillings that either popped loose or cracked. Was able to have them drilled out and refilled.
